Black is definitely the best color on this new N.
Ya cause it hides that gross ass back end
Performance blue*
@@Bandemicc also, the exotic green. Too bad it’s only on the Nline.
Hides that hideous rear bumper
Idk. The red one surprised me and its now my new favorite. BUT the one color i truly want is ecotronic grey but the US isn't getting it sadly
I think the 24 will look excellent when someone puts badgeskins on it like your 23. Smoke out the amber indicator, make the DRLs red, chrome delete the center bar/strip thing connecting the headlights. Then put the adro kit on it. The 24s will look mean asf after a little customization
Nicee 24 looks great 👍🏾
Still not sold on the rear
You're car looks way better!
Man I was all about the facelift when it first came out. I think it's "angled" too far down and looks good if you're like...2 feet off the ground...but just walking by it looks crunched, and basic. You can't really see any of its design/features. The "undercut" in the back (when viewed from the side) is too deep as well. I also think the price is starting to run away. This is pushing 40k after tax. There are other cars in that price range I'd rather consider.
IMO, the 2024 looks better all around
that '23 is clean haha
Nice
I like it !! I read the EN for 2025 is going to have a 2.5lt engine with an upgrade turbo ! If this is true it's going to be nice
Was just something Albert Biermann said that it should have next gen (2025) but the EN is their TCR car which is limited 1.75-2.0L engines. So highly doubtful they will upgrade to the 2.5 but I could be wrong. There are rumours for it switching to a hybrid as well.
You can get a big turbo now i got the 2023
@keysersoze3533 yikes, if true, that literally means death to the 6 speed manual. I ordered the 2024 N, 6 speed two weeks ago at MSRP, with some discounts on mud flaps and all season floor mats. I receive it in Sep/Oct as I was quoted 5-6 months from factory to consumer.
@@thedragon6499 What were u at otd 33k?
No clue why they messed with the rear bumper, but I definitely prefer the front end of the refresh significantly more. It's also nice that the new black wheels are forged and save 8lbs per corner. They also revised the suspension to be smoother in comfort mode and maybe even in sport+ or whatever. Lastly the changed the engine mounts so wheel hop is virtually gone. Overall, the refresh fixed all the major complainst of the old ones while delivery 98% of the Type R performance while sounding better, offering a DCT/sunroof, and more tech/luxury/features inside.
The DCT and sunroof/heated seats/remote start are the main factors in why I want to trade my Type R in on one...
@@CB-tx3ul Well ever since Type R started costing 50K they were off my radar. Also Elantra N looks way better than the boy racer FK8. Either way Elantra N offers better exhaust, doesn't constantly overheat like the FK8 (and maybe FL5) on track. Also it offers more tech, luxury, features, and 10 year 100k warranty that includes track abuse. Also I've heard it rides smoother on its suspension.
If a Type R costed 40Kmsrp I'd be more interested in it. I think the FL5 looks better and it offers a hatch. But other than that it's not better than a Elantra N. Considering the R sounds like my Dyson vacuum cleaner, I'd rather drive an EV at that point lol
I like the old one better.
Facelift in front looks like a base model, preface looks more agressive and sport
This car would be dope af with the fluid metal color that the n line has.
theres a silvery color i believe
@@snelligan88 it's definitely not as cool. I have the 22 n line currently and I love that color. I'm probably going to be upgrading the N by the end of the year, but I'm probably going with the black one.
Do the mirrors fold in when it’s locked or did you push them in?
They were just like that
The lack of front led turn signal is what I dislike the most of the 22/23 N. Makes the car feel very dated. The refresh was needed immediately. Dark wheels will always look better than silver too.
Rear is still not LED gross
Very simple fix lol. Yes its ANNOYING but luckily its relatively cheap and easy to change to LED. I'd much rather have an awesome exhuast and cheap turn signals than the other way around (Type R)
22-23 easily looks more aggressive, the new one is just like the new CTR more tame and accordish
Where you sit, has everything to do with where your stand. Triple
Looks better without Wing !

Good places to drive in Buffalo? Straights, curvy roads, etc.
South of Buffalo
Heh, this showed up in my feed. I'm actually the owner of this EN now. It will be autocrossed heavily.

SHANEEEEE
hello there
omg FIRST?!?!
good title
as a dealer what do you est the monthly lease price to be on these?
I don’t work there
@@snelligan88 my fault, what are you paying for your elantra n (ballpark)
Nice video. Does anyone have any idea whats going on with these cars or when there coming out to dealers? It says on the website summer of 24 but every dealer I have talked to has no idea when there coming out and say that Hyundai are not even filling orders for them? Pretty wierd
Idk
Use the Hyundai inventory tool. I've been using it to track if any N's are in transit to the dealers near me. Goes up to 1000 mile radius
whats with the blue hud cap?
I thought the same thing
Perhaps if they had done something other than (basically) just the facelift, it might be worth it. They still don't offer a sunroof on the manual transmission ( US market) nor did they add Adaptive Cruise Control. While I'd say they did a pretty good job with the front and the new headlights, it's definitely NOT worth upgrading from a '22 or '23. I have a '23 (white, MT) and I am perfectly happy with it. Cool vid though.. thanks for doing it.
For someone that currently owns a 2022/2023, for sure it would not be worth it. But for someone like me that ordered the 2024 N, arriving Sep/Oct to replace the 2022 Elantra Essential, it's 100% worth it. From 147 to 276 HP. That will be interesting. 6 speed manual.
I mean the refresh wasn't designed to appeal to current Elantra N owners lol. It's just meant to fix all the issues with the old one so that it can appeal more to potential customers.
@@ayushmalpeddi2793 - except they didn’t fix anything. it still doesn’t have a sunroof on the manual, still doesn’t have power seats, still has no vents or charging ports in the back, and still no adaptive cruise control.
it’s literally just a minor face lift and a change of wheels lol. the issues with the engine mounts and wheel hop were sorted with aftermarket parts. so, sure, they made it for potential new buyers. but that’s literally every car maker every year, every time. But most of the time they make significant improvements. they didn’t do so here.
my opinion of course. it doesn’t mean anything to anyone except me. lol cheers.
@@GenXisT Not in terms of features lol. It's meant to be a cheaper track car that is fun to drive. All those things you mentioned are just extras. What they improved was any performance issues and the front fascia to make it less polarizing. If you want all those go buy a BMW M3 lol.
@@ayushmalpeddi2793 - mate, the only performance thing they fixed was already fixed with aftermarket parts. if that’s the only thing you’re leaning on then you completely agree with me that they’ve done nothing to actually change this car.
This make the FL5 look even better
bright blue and gray fl5 type r looks so good in person
Ehh only thing I like about it is the new wheels 😂 22/23 looks best not feeling the new front rear ends
the 1st gen is mean. the wheels are the only thing i see that's better. still looks good though.
23 all the way just take the 24 wheels and the emblems and thats it
The rear bumper is a little ugly maybe if it’s color matched it would look a lot better instead of the plastic
First and prob only lol
Probably had to drive an hour for my 23 only have seen one for sale since and it was a used 23
ABBA
23 looks better
Hard disagree
I like 2023 front end better. More aggressive.
Theyre both slow af but they do look kinda cool...
Why be so elitist?
It’s not the fastest thing on the road, but it’s not slow either.
What car for 36k is faster
All that modding on your car and you still use the crap looking stock wheels that don’t match the rest of the car at all
Can’t decide on which 18s inwant
22/23 in my opinion. Back looks ugly even on the black color and the front looks squished. It's nice but not a better design than the previous years.
Black is one of the worst colors on this car. But looks are subjective I guess
