The only true muscle car made today is by Dodge, but it's not a charger sedan it's a challenger. The rest are not muscle cars they are on sports cars chassis and significantly lighter and more aerodynamic or have dohc engines that aren't pushrod. I do agree it is awesome. Sadly, eventually, the outlaw gets tame, or they get caught, which both happened to dodge. They were actually bought out jan 2021, but stilantis fully then fired or resigned everyone who made these cars possible, like srt and tim K. Now it's all quality control problems.

Actually Chris and that "Adam Sandler guy" are great for reoccurring cameos. Cameos are appropriate for shows like these to keep things fresh aside from the cars, otherwise you end up with car culture/antics which go so far (cough, US TG, Amazon GT, MW). Considering one is a pro race car driver (not just a rally guy) and the other is a old-school pro journalist, both from global car mags. Wonderful achievement for the Throttle House team.

Thomas "AND I'M JAMES!!" have officially reached legendary status. You've grown from an obscure UA-cam channel to featuring Chris Harris. You guys have earned it.
This might’ve been one of your best videos yet, absolutely hilarious! You three together was much funnier and w/ more natural chemistry than I was ever expecting. Awesome stuff!
Seriously. They just flowed and bounced off so well.

Oh man that Single drift from 16:10 to 16:25 shows what kind of a Guy Chris Harris is.
That “single drift” has like 5 camera cuts. He’s a savage but I’m willing to bet those were different drifts compiled together. Even if he can drift the whole corner effortlessly.
@@thedarkgreenvanman Idk man the cuts compiled together show the whole section including 2 corners and the curvy straight. It seemed legit but can't deny ur point.

I love Chris to death and still watch all his old videos. But you guys are brilliant and im glad someone's around to take the torch when Chris's is gone. There's a certain way you do these videos/reviews that sits you in a very special place. I don't belong there is anyone out there doing what you do successfully. Much love to you all
To this day this is one of my fav episodes. Great automotive journalism. Great chemistry with Chris
I would love to see a 1 hour show of Thomas, James, Chris and Jason Cammisa in the spirit of Top Gear and The Grand Tour. Road trips, car tests, Brits vs Americans, etc etc. Love that a little UA-cam car show from Canada has become so popular!
OMG That would be EPIC!
Take all my money!
Kudos to Cadillac for building a truly fantastic car that many dream of with a manual trans. Thank you guys for taking the chance and just doing it. You created a legend for all time!
What’s legendary about it? People only praise it because manuals are rare. Proof- v2 manual and Chevy SS sales.
@@mryouknooow It's faster than the M5 CS Around Willow springs Raceway. And only 0.3 of a second behind the Model S Plaid. That says it all.
Edit: Alright I Found my stats were a bit off. So the times that I mention are from Hagerty's ICONS Video where Randy Pobst Laps the M5 CS, Plaid and the Blackwing.
1. Tesla Model S Plaid - 1:27.78
2. Cadillac CT5V BW - 1:28.07
3. BMW M5 CS - 1:28.76
This was around Willow Springs. Not to mention, Willow Springs is NOT a Handling Circuit with More corners. It's more of a Speedway with Long Corners.
So When all these cars are tested Around say, Hockenheim Ring or smth like that, You can see that the Blackwing can beat the Tesla in any circumstance.
Couldnt agree more! Epic stuff. I’m so tired of flappy paddles and autos, just because they wanna save 0,3 seconds here and there. But with paddles we lose the feeling, smoothness in slow traffic and most importantly self expression. Great job Cadillac!

Guys this was one of the best episodes of TH. The chemistry was so on point. Please bring back Chris Harris even if he says Collecting Cars 10 more times in that episode 🤣🤣🤣
Literally on fire these three
Dodge is just the outlaw of muscle cars!! Freaking awesome!!
...it's not so much and 'outlaw' (as with the Challenger to most), but more so the car that actually fits the segment...the other cars are just sports cars pretending...Dodge did it right, put the muscle cars as muscle cars, and for all the track business it offered the Viper...and in the ACR it was just so simple it was so good...
Wow, what an adrenalin rush! Truly a sight to see 3 crazy 4-door sedans getting sideways and destroying tires! Glad to hear Chris returning for more episodes too!
This was brilliant. You three deserve to have your own TV show.
Is TV still a Thing? At least TV is no indicator for quality.
Chris is a great addition to Throttle House, I'd take this trio over Top Gear any day.
Throttle house has been on original Top Gear's level for quite some time now. Chris is better here than on Top Gear. I'd prefer Jason Camissa as a third host but Hagerty is pretty great on its own. Let's just appreciate the amount of great automotive media we have today.
@@BeeaReyoU. no shot
The Dodge is sick - but I’d go Cadillac Blackwing every day!

Gotta respect Lexus for being one of the final 2 manufacturers to offer a naturally aspirated V8 in a sedan. Imagine that, Dodge and Lexus (of all companies).

When electric fully takes over we’ll be looking back saying how “they don’t make it like they use to” truly marvelous machines.
@Charming Chowder
There is going to be driverless cars that are ICE long before electric takes over. The issue is not the cars them self but those that drive policy and create laws that could be creating problems.
AI might be driving cars around, but there won't be a mandate in my lifetime, if ever.
Gasoline won't even get banned, just everyone will find it too expensive and move on without mandates.
