There's no downside to letting enemies flee, it just means you win the fight.

Letting the enemy flee just lets you end the combat faster. No downside, keeps things moving faster when you're clearly going to win.
Clicking the center "?" option explains the mechanic.

Dice are just six sided cards when you think about it.
A dicebuilder is one where you're building six decks simultaneously that all synergize together.

I don't understand. He reads how to get rid of militia faster and when he has a chance to do that, he doesn't. You can't be bad at games when you play them daily… its just the skill to comprehend what you are reading.
