      Would love to see how you take care of your muscle-skeleton while doing your daily stuff (like if you avoid certain movements/positions, or even if you do a little "warmup"/stretching to go walking or somehow to somewhere)
      So how a pro athlete like you literally moves through life 😃 thank you!

    There are so many different ways to Rome and I love hearing different perspectives/philosophy on training this was really insightful a lot of things and concepts people can take away from this video!

    This was great. Really interesting to understand the purpose of the session and how it fits into the overall plan. Another good video would be what you do in a gym session and why… and also your warm up and strides / stretches for a workout or race and another on how you taper for a race and why.

    To your question, yes this type of video is Gold! Everyone feels like they are hiding state secrets on other videos. Knowing rest is critical to understanding what you are doing. So that was nice. Its nice to hear philosophically how you progress with sharpening temporally. Really good stuff.

    Great content! Please tell us you're mic'ing up for an indoor meet. If you're at millrose that would be cool as the atmosphere would be great and you'll bump into and get sound bites from so many elite runners.

    Would love to see what your in season strength work looks like. Its hard to find good info on the web for what mid distance guys should be doing for strength because everything is either not specific or more psuedo science than fact. (Also weight room pulls in the views 😂)

      always good to talk to your athletic trainer and coach, i don't have much experience with shin splints but everything starts with building good mechanics

      don't rely too much on your watch, learn your body and work by effort

      Guessing they mean capillaries which are blood vessels that provide oxygen rich blood to the muscles.

    Wow, to me that's over training. I bought some Olympic soft ware in 2007 and it had all type of soft ware workouts and this was not one of them.
