dude, can i ask you a few questions about the settings you use on the gh4? i have the exact same set up, len and camera, im a beginner, i thought i needed another lens, but after watching this. idk
I used Cinelike D: 0, -5, -5, -5
I have this exact same combo(the gh4 and the 20mm) but I can't figure out how to manual focus, it says it's on manual but nothing happens when I turn the ring on the lens? Any help?
+Ugon Official That's weird. It should work when you put the lever right above the monitor to MF (manual focus).
How many fps?
What about processing program?
Nice footage, and good editing as well.
+Oscar Pinal Thanks! 4K footage is shot at 24 fps in C4K (Cinema 4K). Slow motion footage is shot at 48 and 60 fps in 1080p.
I edited the video with Premiere Pro CC 2015 and color graded it with Lumetri Color, Filmconvert and VisionColor Osiris Luts.
Oscar Pinal How did you solve the issue of not being able to focus?
Were you using an ND filter?
I am unsatisfied with any filter I've used, it always seems to tarnish my footage
No, I didn't use any filter.
I do own a hoya ndx8 filter, which I like much more then any VND filter i tried.
at :31 seconds can you tell me if it was KDX or Vision X? I know it's not M31
+Josue Hernandez (photojosue) It actually is M31 - Rec.709 at 100% intensity ;) I also desaturated the orange a bit for that shot.
+MovingPixels would you look at that haha. Thanks man
Did you apply any sharpening in Premiere?
nope
what lens did you use ?
Panasonic Lumix 20mm 1.7
did you shoot externally?
Nope, internal cinema 4K.
