Quick note to everyone, DO NOT SLEEP NEXT TO SICK PUPS. It does not count as spending time with, or being near them. When on Accurate, to save a pups life when ill you may have to sit semi-afk with them for maybe even 30 minutes if not more, and only sleep for short periods, not to 100%. If you reach 0% or too low on wakefullness, you will not be able to spend time with and be near the sick pup to help them, and you'll be required to sleep. This comes from a player who plays strictly on Ironwolf Accurate. And even though you may spend an hour afk sitting there with your pup, they may not even survive. If on accurate, I HIGHLY recommend youthful prowess, as it does greatly increase chances of living. Just know, I've tried so many times, you probably and most likely will not keep 6-7 pups alive, best I've done is 4. So, I don't recommend getting attached, even though you might. Also, a good tip for semi-afking whilst a pup is ill is to hold them and sit, and just wait. If their lower on rest, It still will count of being near them (Only if the pup is, if your are it won't) and they'll stay still and sleep and it makes it much easier to sit with them. Sickness is a micro-managing hell on accurate, so be prepared. And do not go fully afk, that's how you lose 4 pups in 1 attack, trust me, I've learnt it the hard way. Good luck out there fellow Wolfquesters! I hope you can keep your pups as healthy as possible! This is Rome, the strictly Ironwolf Accurate player, Over and out!
In my opinion, I think it's better if you don't hold anything (pups/carcasses) while you move your pups to a new den. The time your wolf spends in the animation to put the thing down, your pups are vulnerable and might be killed by a coyote. Also, while traveling don't run, walk so every puppy is able to follow and not get lost. Stick close to grass patches and dont panic.
About the 10% illness that is true on easy mode on easy mode your pups cannot fall below 10% health due to sickness, but on medium and higher your pups can actually die
Your so underated 😭 I wish you had at least 5k likes on each wq vid, at least 10k subs And 6k views😭 I know it seems like alot, but you put in so much effort you really deserve it. Tysm!!
Yeah, on easy pups can not die to sickness, but on challenging and accurate, they can. Also, this isn't hate, but this was more of a tutorial on how to play the game rather than tips.
My pup got sick I hope it lives I am going to try not to sleep that much and your other pups can get sick from the other pups and they are in the 5.6-7.6lb range and the one that got sick is Orion and is 6.4lb I got wanted to say that!
For some reason I can’t figure out how to get them in the first place. Do you have to pay for an expansion or something? I’ve made it to slough creek, but after a week or so of playing there I still don’t have them
I’m pretty sure you need to claim at least 15 hexes and then find a den and choose it to live in after you get enough hexes and then the pups will be born
ok, so, err. . . when you first start your new game, you'll need to hunt 2-3 ELK, and elk only I think. . . then once you have done that, you'll now be able to court a mate, so, go to an enemy territory, NOT TOO FAR! incase you get attacked you can quickly escape, but, anyway, once you get into the territory, howl, wait for a second, then, below the wolf icon and whatever should be a brown bar with icons on it, if you hear a howl and look around and notice a WHITE wolf head. . . head in that direction, white means Dispersal wolf, which means they are looking for mates, y9u don't have to go find them, but after a shot while of walking, howl one more time then sleep, and, if your lucky, they'll come to you, then, if you don't know how to court. . . look up a tut, but, simple explanation, once they come to you, your emotes will change to all friendly/submission/playful emotes, look to the wolves you see, unless theres only one, and look at the stars on the right side panel that shows up, that's their stars btw, and, 1 is an ok mate, but, if you have a sick pup(s) less chance of them Surviving, 2 star is about the same, and 3 star is ok, 4 star is good, and 5 star is chefs kiss, also, 5 star(I there's only five stars right? not only four?? if so then four is the best and no five since it wouldn't exist- I haven't done mate thing for a while since I'm using only one wolf and having many litters with them.) means now, you can have the max amount of pups!! SEVEN! the other ones, mean lesser pups, and definitely not 7, only the 5(or 4?) let's you have 7 pups, but doesnt mean you'll ONLY get 7 pups, just means its posible now, though, watch out Your might be luckily unlucky like me and get 7 every litter 😭😭😭 anyway. . . once you pick the mate you want, by coat, or by stars. . . now, turn to them, and right click on them to focus only on them, then go to emotes and start to do the emotes, and, watch how your chosen wolf recats. . . if their more social or bold, then they'll emote alot, if their shy and less bold, they'll watch you emote, and only do a few, now, shy/not very bold wolves will go out and leave you alone with the pups for a while, while they go out remarking hexes, while moe social and bold wolves will prefer to stay at home and play with pups, which, both are good, but also, remember, you need to know what kind of mate you want before you get one, anyway. . . once the red heart above them fills all the way up, you now get to try them out with the mate trial thingy, which let's you see how you like your mate, then, after a bit of hunting and playing together, it'll ask you if you want to make this wolf your official mate or not, if not, then click no, or wait, if you in the middle of the trial and you already don't like them, growl at them until they leave. anyway if you click no, the wolf will walk away, and you and continue your search for a mate, or, if you click yes, then you'll name the wolf, and now you have a mate, woohoo! then, go to the map, and you'll see a star, and on the brown bar thingy you'll see it too, head over to that, once you get there, you'll be teleported to a new map, there, you'll need to mark at least 15 hexes, and find like 10? or 4? dens, once you find that, pick a den that you have found, once you get back over there, and you have your 15 hexes and 4 or more dens, you'll get the option to make that den your first home, if you want to, then click yes, and then, it'll reload and after, you'll now have pups! good luck ❤! (sorry I am so bad at explaining. . .)

Thank you for your comment. It does say "guide" in the title (targeted towards newer players), and there is a few tips at the end! Hope this helps. 😊

And the game says to remark your territory when it’s 30% but I like to do when it’s 50% to be safe!
