I’ve been on and off dating web sites and have noticed in the last 5 years since I’ve been back on it seems almost impossible to meet someone I’ve had only 4 potential possibilities but after spending a few conversations on the phone I realized it wasn’t a match. I’ve known people who’ve paid for the sights and they all say it’s not worth it. If your going to use a date sight just use the free options only. I keep my app active just in case a real connection happens. But i don’t get my hopes up. If it happens it happens. Good luck to all you single people searching for something real it’s a real challenge now days even in the real world.

The Bumble app is a total scam for guys.
Issue #1: If you continue using Bumble without purchasing a premium membership, they kick you out of the algorithm, which means you can go weeks/months without a single match even if you’re bio is solid and you have good pics.
Issue #2: They dangle blurred out matches like a carrot. Their goal is to get you to buy the membership to unveil “the match”, which is usually a bogus profile. Sometimes you will see a recurring match.
Issue #3: Their are bots and chicks that just promote their Onlyfans on the app
The idea is great, but the execution is flawed. For one thing it's advertised as being free

You can't see who has liked you unless you pay. In the free version you just have to swipe left and right on the random profiles they show you and then find out if they like you based on whether or not you match.
if i am incognito mode and in swiping right on people, will my profile show up on their stack?

I joined - glad I only paid for 1 day. It was crap right out of the gate. I had a ton of men supposedly swiping right for me - no freaking way - in the first 3 minutes, which means only women are not making the first move at all. None of which I had swiped right on. Deleted account instantly.
There is an option to hide your profile from people you haven't swiped on.

I advise guys to not use bumble. For a start its rigged. I payed for 1 week and they charged me 6 months!! I've been on it over a year and all women do is just ghost ghost ghost!

Dude realistically if you're not 'Cristiano Ronaldo' per say you don't have much chance, even with average or below average women, the majority of women shoot for men way out of their league and wont settle for less. Its best to be in a face to face setting, there your personality/game/charisma can shine through which is the most important thing. I'm struggling to find face to face settings myself however.

I do not think Bumble works. I think that app has many fake ai profiles. We match but i do not get any message.
I thought Tinder was in women's hands. I get a match once every 4 months maybe. That is just to start a conversation and express what about their profile that I liked.
Relationships are always in womens hands ^^ If the girl doen´t like you there is no chance for a relationship. And women have very high standards for evolutionary reasons. They want to select the fittests males out which guarantee the best chances of survival for their own offsprings.

My experience of this app is negative, but I live in hope. Only had one date so far with a man who was clearly not interested in getting to know me yet he was listed as a good match in Bumble.
Even now I can not figure out why. I am not sure if the matches are an AI mistake or people who are just making it up as they go along. I am a woman of colour and middle aged, age appropriate to me is 40 to about 55. Almost all of the age appropriate middle-aged men, are openly looking for a 30 year old. Way too many of the men are not attractive on the hygiene/teeth, live in other distant countries, short under 5 foot 8 inches, look like a weather-beaten and wrinkle ravaged father christmas, looking for something casual while lying about wanting a relationship, smoker, or saying something that flags red in the profile app message statement. You have to pay to see the people who find you attractive, so you have to swipe left consistently. The worst thing that happens is GHOSTING; so rude, lazy, and cowardly. Most of the good looking men are looking for something casual. The AI algorithm could maybe guess who I like in a million years; doesn't know how to filter timewasters, and just wants older women (over 40) to waste money. Anyway ladies, Bumble is way better than Tinder, so good luck.

Hi! No it doesn’t show your exact location. But when you are online it will show how far away you are from the particular match down to the mile/kilometre. So even if someone lived next door to you it would still be displayed as 1 mile away. Hope that helps!

Installed the app and tried the free version. Well I got 2 likes on my profile (im a guy) but I couldn't see who they were. When i tried to open/like back blindly the app tells me to buy premium. Okay....so do I understand it right that i have to be REALLY lucky with my limited likes per day that someone likes me aswell? Or how am i suppose to get a match if I cant like back? I cant see who likes me and i cant even like back.

When signing up to the monthly is it 30 days or is it month to month on the first. For the billing cycle?
Good question, I believe it is month to month based on the day that you sign up (not on 30 day cycles). So if you start on the 15th, that will always be the day your monthly subscription comes out. Remember it also offers weekly, so I believe this would work the same way, just week to week (every Monday for example).

It is kind of a "dumb" app being location based. I was being matched with women that are indeed local now, but on vacation that live in California. That's pointless in the long run, there would obviously be a very low percentage of next dates in that situation...

Out of interest, have you noticed more matches, and what area are you in? And the "super swipe" is a paid extra feature, it's a step above a "normal like" - showing that you are REALLY interested. So you might be accidentally pressing that instead of a normal like and it's trying to charge you each time? So when a profile pops up and you want to like it DON'T press the yellow star, just swipe the profile to the right. That's just a theory. Also, I'm a little confused, as far as I know Bumble doesn't use "coins"- I could be wrong or maybe it's just in your area?

it would be much better if you showed what we see on the screen more, and less talking head. and more explicit. it's fine to say how easy it is, but as a new user, with no there experience, it is not intuitive. Dating sites are terrible. First of all the women lie they don’t look like the pictures they put up second of all women have the advantage because there’s an 80 to 20 ratio of women versus men. And the women are very cocky example hi my name is Jane. L Im an attractive women. Let me be very honest with you. I own a business have my own house. I drive a Lexi’s. ( under the tons of make up it was hard to tell.) Actually chatted with this woman and she wasn’t as bad as her post sounded.
