To everyone having problems with the neck not moving try to press hold the little joystick for about 10 seconds and it will move. I tried randomly without any clue that it works. I hope it will work for you as well guys.
Mine did that but sorted it out but changed some settings and now now doesn’t work all i need to do play with gimbal settings to get back how was but i can’t remember how 🤦♂️

I was only 4 feet away from the phone. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I was wondering if there is a setting that I need to adjust?
I’m try to focus the camera on an object so when I move the gimbal round that the camera moves with it however the lenses stays focused on the same object, do you have any advice pls?
I got both the gimbal and the light off the tik tok shop. I had to get the light separate for like 20 bucks. You can also get a bag for the gimbal there as well.
How do you get the phone to rotate? I like shooting in portrait and I’ve managed to get it to rotate by holding right sometimes but sometimes it doesn’t want to do it and I seem to hit pan rather than rotate but not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Double click the red dot button to switch between landscape and portrait. Single click the joystick to switch between F ("normal") and POV ("cool") modes. F pans, POV rotates.

My question is if I’m creating a UA-cam video and needs the gimbal to be steady, how do I set to now move around? Love it but I need it to be still.

You just bend it and it will "snap" into place. It takes a bit of force but dont worry, it wont break! :)

Same here! I just found out after reading a whole bunch for it to connect Bluetooth ur phone has to be 100% battery and the device
Also if that doesn’t work I connected a usbc to my iPhone 15 max with the other usbc side into the charging part of the gimbal and it works with that
