Aochuan XE is my first gimbal ever (light included) and i've been messing around with it before finding this video. Great explanation of each of the programs and button functionalities. So far I like the quality of the A-XE. It feels great in the hand and also the app that it runs is pretty sweet too. This is your standard run-of-the-mill smartphone gimbal. It will get the job done, but it got to tell you, the app giving you the ability to have full video control was next level for me.

That's what i'm curious about.. Just got this comma haven't tried the app to control the video settings?. Not hopeful , it will work good or at all.. Fading farther away from techy stuff. I don't think I'd use it much anyway.

I had the one without the light. I managed my corgi ig and hoping i wil vlog more on my ig with this gimbal. Love it. All it matters to me is the anti shaky cuz before that i used my 5 ft selfie stick.

Would u happen to know why the neck on won’t stat stable. It’s just wobbling It keeps going haywire once I turn it on. It just spins all over the place. Even when I connect the app, it just doesn’t stay sturdy to focus. It just keeps flopping everywhere.😢

You should have did a much longer walking stabilisation test. Can you use the Gimbal with a different camera app? Is that possible? To use a different camera app to record better quality videos, but use the gimbal purely for video stabilisation.
I just bought this based on your video. I am noticing videos regarding calibrating this product but you don't mention anything about this in your video. Do I need to calibrate it and would I follow the steps I saw in another video for the Smart X version? Thank you very much for this video. I watched a number before buying and yours is the one I saved because of its easy to understand and follow instructions and as I am not a techie type it has given me confidence I will be able to use this device, including all of its functions.
Calibrating is just to attach your phone with the weight as balanced as you can, so it doesn't have to do so much effort to tilt it.
In my case I prefer to have it a little unbalanced because the on/off button is pressed by the clamp if I put the phone in the right spot.
Can you tell me why when I put my phone on it, turn it on, it shakes so much? It doesn't sit still.
Hi! Nice review! Are the zoom and joystick on/off type o is it possible to control the speed of movement?
In normal mode you can adjust it on settings. The zoom button is on/off.
In pro mode you can change the zoom using the wheel, it is slower.

I purchased the Smart XE gimbal for $25 (tax n shipping) through TikTok. It was an impulse buy with no research. Now I am YouTubing for reviews and it never dawn on it that it actually cost way way more on Amazon. Hopefully I will get some time to play around with it.

I had this item 4 hours and after much frustration with flaky software over 3 phones and the gimble having a mind of its own i returned it and will be getting the Hohem Isteady m6 instead which has a much better reputation. it is as they say you get what you pay for. buy cheap buy twice.

You didn't talk about the modes, it doesn't have lock mode and basically the modes that it have are useless
I have an iPhone. When I try to connect the app I get an error message. It wasn’t be too give microphone permission but there is no option to do this?? Anyone had this?

Go into the settings, hit the Smiley face, then click Other App tracking. The TikTok button shows up. Click it and you are set.
