I Bought this item after watching this review and having had the item 4 hours and after much frustration with flaky software over 3 phones and the gimble having a mind of its own i returned it and will be getting the Hohem Isteady m6 instead which has a much better reputation. it is as they say you get what you pay for. buy cheap buy twice. The software may be more stable on an i phone as it has been pointed out the user in this video has no problem using it with his i phone. I may have had a faulty product, build quality is excelent. Possibly better paired with an iphone rather than android.

@@TubersFunFam I am not getting on at you. and your video was a good video but from my experience i would have expected the software to have worked correctly with at least one of 3 phones it was tried on. the one phone it did work on initially was as your video shows, until it decided to go where it wanted and not work correctly. i may have had a faulty product but the software let it down, by the phone screen being black once it came on and had to re boot the phone to get back to a working screen. its not rocket science to work out how to use the product but it is frustrating when it does not work as is shown in you tube videos. not getting at you dude just giving my opinion on my experience with this product.

Regarding the software I use it with my iPhone without any problems and I have another product from this brand that I’m reviewing and the software is the same and no problems with my iPhone 15 pro max. While the phones are not the latest cutting edge, the one phone was taken back to factory settings but the software was still flaky. I was concidering loading a dual boot partition on the phone to run android 14 to see if it was the os but the time and messing about to do that was not worth the hastle. I am glad it works for you on your phone. Lets hope i have better luck with the hohem. This is the problem with modern life and no shop to test run such items for yourself.

I purchased and really like it. However it seems to always slightly be off centered. Like my photos and videos are not completely straight and centered. Any trick to make sure it stays straight?

As a beginner with gimbles and looking at those in my budget, will this gimble move from floor to ceiling or is the camera angle limited? I am looking at this and the hohem isteady m6 and apart from the geasture motion sensor on the m6 i dont see a lot diffrent
The M6 is bigger and looks like more professional 😃 but apart from the motion sensor that’s not much difference. Now the motion sensor means that you can use the main camera app and that’s really good but if doesn’t matter to you the AOCHUAN app is also really good and you can use the face detection that works really well. I will have a review of the Hohem M6 soon. Please don’t forget to follow 😅😂 have a great day

The x pro has can wireless charge your phone so if your phone can be charged like that the x pro is a great option! And also like you said you can remove the battery on the x pro. Unfortunately the xe can’t have the battery removed but also like you said the little fill like is great. Both are great gimbals but I would choose the x pro

i was triying to make the malware of an app it has as a companion to record at 4k 60fps when i stumble with the face icon beside the record button. If u press it will give u the option to use face tracking with others apps BUT you will lose the functionality of the focus and zoom buttons from the gimbal
I’m sorry you’re disappointed with the gimbal but you should check with AOCHUAN what is wrong with the gimbal because my gimbal works like a charme and doesn’t moves or shakes…

My xe doesn't follow me from the front of the phone. Does it matter what side of the camera you use in order to make the camera follow your moves?
Are you using the app? I know mine works with both cameras, but you have to use the app, not the regular camera on your phone.

You will need to use the AOCHUAN app and not the native camera app.
