    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    not me thinking this was easy at the beginning and now I'm 13 mins in hyperventilating 😂 Seriously one of the best workouts I have done in a while and I am actually having fun!!!

    Gosh, this was a killer! I had to pause quickly a couple of times just to take a breath. This was my first Tabata workout in years, and it felt really tough. I had to make some modifications, because of my chronic back pain, but I was so happy when I actually managed to finish this one. Thank you! ^^

    Oh wow. I got to give to all those who attempt this workout. This was a killer. I used 20 lbs for most and did 15lbs for others. I couldn't do split lunge jumps all the way. I took a couple of seconds break and kept going. My legs were on fire. I'm proud that I could finally do the squat dumbell swings.

    This felt amazing!! As a college cross country and track runner, I have been following your workouts for some strength building and cardio. I am also student teaching this semester, and need to train before my work day starts. Your workouts are super fast and effective, and I am always drenched in sweat. I love how I can easily do them in my on campus house because I am in the downstairs and do not have anyone I will bother.

    Oh my goodness, the intensity just kept building. I had to modify with no weights at the 87% mark. I completed this after a 20-minute Metcon workout with weights. Such a challenge for the heart!!

    Phew! That was a good one. I was surprised it wasn’t a “super sweaty” one because I WAS super sweaty the whole time!! At 6+ months pregnant, this one was awesome and didn’t require any modifications… thank you!

    Omg! This is one of the hardest workouts I have done since I started working out at home after the pandemic! You gave me my life back! Now in my 40s and with so many issues 😅 I know what I can and can’t do and workout with you at my own pace, ❤ weights, cardio, stretching what else do I need! Thank you!!

    This is perfect for my 30 weeks pregnant self :D I have been following your workout throughout the pregnancy, modifying if needed but girls, stay active if you can! I have zero complaints, still energetic (ok, till like 4pm but still ;) and both my doctor and physio therapist say that it's great to continue with physical activty. Sure, I am not as flexible and I swap burpees for other exercise, but keeping up with my workout routine has helped me tremendously.

    Star jump was the standard to decorate the last. But it was 85%, so I was dizzy. Star jump was the beginning of hell...
    The remaining 15%, I didn't lose💪💪
