Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I had to make some modifications, because of my chronic back pain, but I was so happy when I actually managed to finish this one. Thank you! ^^
Oh wow. I got to give to all those who attempt this workout. This was a killer. I used 20 lbs for most and did 15lbs for others. I couldn't do split lunge jumps all the way. I took a couple of seconds break and kept going. My legs were on fire. I'm proud that I could finally do the squat dumbell swings.

I am also student teaching this semester, and need to train before my work day starts. Your workouts are super fast and effective, and I am always drenched in sweat. I love how I can easily do them in my on campus house because I am in the downstairs and do not have anyone I will bother.

Omg! This is one of the hardest workouts I have done since I started working out at home after the pandemic! You gave me my life back! This is perfect for my 30 weeks pregnant self :D I have been following your workout throughout the pregnancy, modifying if needed but girls, stay active if you can! I have zero complaints, still energetic (ok, till like 4pm but still ;) and both my doctor and physio therapist say that it's great to continue with physical activty. Sure, I am not as flexible and I swap burpees for other exercise, but keeping up with my workout routine has helped me tremendously.
