If I have several types of users and some can access rooms that others cannot, how can I implement that certain spaces can be reserved for a certain type of user?, excellent video, greetings from Colombia

Your question needs looking into the subject in detail, but I would say that you either hide some rooms and you provide the users that need to use them with the email address to book them directly, or you go into creating custom ABPs and assigning them to users as you see fit.

Thanks for great sharing. I'd like to know that do the room suggestions change based on capacity selection?

Yes, the room suggestion changes when you select different things from the Outlook Room Finder feature. You can filter by capacity, floor etc.

Thanks for sharing but I am missing couple of points in your tutorial. What are the requirements to configure the room finder ? Do you need an Azure subscription ? Do you use the powershell function (cloud shell) provided online to enter the cmdlet ? Thanks in advance!

Yes, you need an Azure tenant / O365 licenses for your users. I am using PowerShell from my PC, connected to the Exchange Online service (which is the backend/server side of Microsoft E-mailing system)

What if you have multiple physical buildings in the same city? How would you configure that?

You can call your Room Lists (which is the first filter in Room Finder) NY Rooms for example, and inside of it you'll add rooms that have the Building attribute populated with names of buildings that are in the NY City. Afterall, you are free to organize them as you wish, but I've seen this implementation in practice a couple of times already. Room List = NY Rooms -> City (New York) -> Building (Empire States ; WTC etc.)

It usually takes 24-48 hrs to show up in Outlook Room Finder

The paramater for -building is throwing me off. Why do you need this? I thought the building was "New York Rooms" as set in the first -roomlist command. Why do you then need to add -building NY?? Will this just change the name of the Room list to NY instead of New york rooms?

Microsoft is misleading that way. Building is a property on the room itself, as is the City and as is the Capacity or any other custom stuff you want to add to it (video capable, "nice view", "disability access" etc). You then also organize and add these rooms into room lists (which are nothing but glorified Distribution Groups).
