When I was getting married my fiance always new how much I admired him so she wrote him a letter and invited him to our wedding. This was years ago (July of 1998). He wrote back and said he could not make it. He was filming a movie or something like that. With the reply to the letter he included a beautiful picture of his self and autographed it for me. What a great gesture most stars and famous people would have not taken the time to do that and just completely ignored it. He is right he is very special and the world is a better place because of him. He is a insperation to me and thousands of other people because of his amazing life and his accomplishments.

Amazing wife, congrats sir! Yes, I always admire Arnold for many many things and he had his impact on my life, however one thing why I love him the most: true gentleman, down to earth guy. One of his old friends, a Hungarian Producer (Andy Vajna) died in Jan 2019. They made first terminator movies together. Arnold flew to Hungary to attend his funeral AND did the same back in LA, to attend the USA funeral.
I am very luck, I met Arnold in Budapest in 2015, we have our picture together. I hope I can meet him once again. Many things happed since then!

Tbh his only dream was body building then went into acting cause he couldn't do body building forever and finally politics just cause he wanted to try it. Doesn't really matter though because in the end his dream or not the man had the drive to work for shit and got it done. Arnold will always be such an amazing role model for me and should be for everyone else also.

Arnold has also paid for his mindset. He is pretty inflexible and is prone to being an extremist.
Nothing teaches like failure. And for all of his tremendous success, he has had also tremendous failures.
He destroyed his marriage with infidelities and fathered a son out of wedlock. He damaged his reputation as a bodybuilder competing in the 1980 Mr. Olympia which many consider was fixed.
His run as Governor ended with him having major regrets that he even served.
And mostly he has damaged his body with years of steroid taking that affected his heart which he claims was congenital.
He is to be admired to be sure, but not emulated.

7:30a - shower, masterbate, brush teeth and floss, optional teeth whitening, wash face, shave, moisturize, deodorant, clip finger nails, comb hair, flex in mirror.
      8:00a - eat breakfast
      8:30a - drive to work
      9:00a - 8:00p - work (meal 3 & 4)
8:30p - arrive at gym and weight train for 1.5 hours
10:00p - shower and then drive home, drink a large protein drink.

Arnold is very wise and accomplished. It's very uplifting (no pun intended) to hear his words. Through his success and fame, he's still very humble. Truly inspirational. Hearing his advice, it's changed my mindset in some ways. Thanks, Arnold. Also, good interviewer.

That's Arnold's Life and wisdom paraphrased in 50 minutes.
Yet he still has so much to teach,
    I truly appreciate this video/interview.
Arnold got me interested in weight training as early as my junior high school year's.
My memory is of myself looking into a bodybuilding book of Arnold Schwarzenegger's training routine.
That is what got me motivated to embark on weight training.

Adam, I really hope you thanked Mr Schwarzenegger. That was one of the best interviews of his I've seen. Btw- "If I'm not mistaken" the friend he referred to who was a teacher who does Transendental Meditation- is Mr Frank Zane.

Arnold, if you read comments, I have to say is you're not only a great roll model but also you practice what you preach. The people at Gold's Gym know that since they're there early every day when you're doing your morning workout. Great video, thanks for posting it and best of all, featuring such a great man and actor...
    Thanks Arnold...

Man, this was so good. Thank you, Arnold. Thank you Ladder. I listened very carefully & even took notes. I will apply these advices about maintaining routines automatically, not feeling sorry for myself, having a clear vision & staying motivated for my goals. I will remember there are 24hrs in a day & that I am fortunate. That setbacks are a part of life, but we can overcome them more easily by staying motivated. That I should have strict rules regarding technology & their overuse, because it can inhibit togetherness & sleep. & also that people like gifts more when you create them & take effort! Especially mothers & women in general. lol. Best regards, dear Arnold. My love to your donkey & miniature pony. As well, I will say prayer for you, & of course Franco, Aurelia, & both Gustavs.
