    why would you ship the printer with an extra bare nozzle, a nozzle kit available on your site, and NOT show how to swap those?!

    Considering that you don't sell you proprietary nozzles with the thermistor and heating element attached all you showed was how to clean and not to change nozzles. Please make a video on how to change the nozzle with a different one.

    How to replace the nozzle from 0.4 to 0.6? How to remove the clip holding nozzle and heater together?

    • @QiXiao-f7j
      @QiXiao-f7j Місяць тому

      Hi, replacing the 0.6mm nozzle needs to be done under heat, you can use the same pliers that removed the support to hold the buckle and remove it, at least I did, if you have other questions, you can contact sovol support

      I've removed the clip, but the heater with the cable seems to be glued on the nozzle. How did you remove that? My new hardened nozzle doesnt have the heater. Did you had the same issue?

      @@aeroxR46 I used a spatula to pry it open, or you could just heat it up for a while and then pull it out? Please be safe.

      @@QiXiao-f7j I heated it up and used a spatula. It fell off. The new nozzle is mounted and the Printer is awesome.
      Thank you so much, for your help. 🫶 I thought about doing this, but didn't want to damage it. Got the printer last friday.

    How do you get the clips off the nozzle heater?
    Id rather see it done than try and break something¬!!!

      You can use pliers to hold it and slowly pull it off

    I have an extrusion inconsistency Issue.
    I already checked the extruder gears, tighten the extrusion clamp, also replace the nozzle, but the issue still there.
    I really need an assistance to fix that.

    Useless nozzle design, it falls apart... and then you can't replace the glued in stuff, thermistor, and the other pad thing... show how to do it.
