I found your video and was thrilled to have this resource. I ran into a hiccup. when on the FFmpeg site, after selecting macOS 64-bit, my options was to download the FFmpeg-4.3.1 7z as a ZIP. in your video your option was "download as a DMG". when I downloaded the ZIP, it came back with a "ffmpeg cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer"...
Thoughts? I'm running a brand new Mac with BigSur OS.
