It's a recipe from the Sprouted Kitchen Bowl + Spoon cookbook! I can't remember exactly, but I think it had some coconut sugar, sriracha, soy sauce, and a few other seasonings x

I love this video. All of the food is so beautiful! Something I am quite concerned about in having a vegan lifestyle of my own (being a new vegan) is all of the bananas and other fruits I eat to accomodate the lifestyle. My parents say it's just too much sugar and I'm going to get diabetes. What do you think about sugar in fruit and how do you healthfully eat so much fruit?
+Madeleine Young Fruit isn't going to give you diabetes. Fruit is healthy and amazing and you can eat as much as you want whenever you want!
+Madeleine Young Sorry, I just saw this! Fruit isn't going to give you diabetes - it's totally different from all that processed, refined sugar, that will. It's packed with vitamins and nutrients and also comes with fiber, so it takes longer to digest than a candy bar, soda, etc :)

+Briana Milbourn I buy them at a small grocery store near my house but Im pretty sure you can do it at any grocery store! Just talk to the produce manager about ordering a case and they'll usually set one aside for you. And I've learned to embrace the looks haha, everyone's just jealous I get to eat all these nanas ;)
