- In this video I will be showing you how to change injectors on cummins isx
torque instructions; 77 inch lbs on both to seat them properly. then torque the injector to 30 lbs and then 60 lbs, then go back to the quail tube and torque in to 60 lbs as well.

Quick question...Im about to install a " USED" INJECTOR...do I have to re-program it into the ECM?? Or input the numbers of the "USED" INJECTOR into the ECM?

What prompted you to change those injectors?
In your estimation which is better the single cam or the dual cam cummins!
So to seat them is 77 and then 30 and then 60. I think that’s a lot torque. Are sure is 77 then Loose it and then retorqued at 30, 60.

Did you have to program the injector?
No I did not
Be careful. He is torquing these in the wrong sequence. You also should push the injector in by hand until you hear click. Then do your torquing.
What happened to injector adjustment?🤔
Injectors do not need to be timed

It they had been reman or new then you have to enter the calibration #'s in the ecm with a scan tool or cummins insight. Used injectors you just run em an hope for the best.
That one is an x15 man,isx don't have fuel rail....
ISX after 2010 was common rail.
