- On the first date of their 2024 tour, Jon Anderson and the Band Geeks performed live at the State Theater in New Brunswick, New Jersey on Thursday night, May 30! They performed the song "The Calling" from the 1994 Yes album "Talk"!

After last year's tour, the Band Geeks posted a video talking about it and one of the things they did in it was have each Geek say what Yes song they would most like to play live with Jon. Richie's answer was Endless Dream, so maybe it will happen someday!
30 years old now, The Calling was a great song from TALK
One underrated track that I don’t believe was ever played: Spirit of Survival. These guys are amazing!
Another late-era, fairly obscure Yes song I'd love to hear live is "Give Love Each Day" from Magnification.
Oh wow! This was the song that introduced me to the Band Geeks! Always loved it and was shocked to hear such an amazing version. I thought right then that I would gladly pay to see them live. Never dreamed that Jon would tour with them! I’m seeing them in Albany ❤️

In a recent interview Jon said he really likes 'It Will Be A Good Day' from The Ladder and was thinking of having it in the set list one day, so let's hope it happens!

Completely makes sense that they’re playing it, Richie Castellano has said that Talk is one of his favorites and an important record to him.

I was hoping for Endless Dream on this tour, but this is almost as good!! I'm looking forward to hearing this song (and everything else in their set) when I see Jon and the Band Geeks later in June! (I bet this is the first time Jon has performed this song since the Talk tour, which I think was 30 years ago.)
