JON es uno de los pocos casos que con casi 80 años (setiembre 2024) conserva su voz. No ha ocurrido lo mismo con otras leyendas (Plant, Charly García, Elton Jhon, etc) 🙏🏻🎵🙏🏻
This is going to be a long tour for Jon. Hope his health and voice hold out for the entire run. It's a shame they're not coming to the PNW, but I'm glad they're doing as many shows as they are.
The Voice of YES leading the 'New' band of Yesmen. The argument has been YES has had many different members, now YES is a whole new band and not a 2nd rate tribute act. It's a new/clean beginning for the mighty YES (Imho).
I can’t believe how great Jon still sounds , this is awesome stuff and far better than er “Yes” in its current form. The band of geeks truly know how to play Yes songs and more 👌🏻👍🏻
They sound as phenomenal as I remember seeing them in 70's! Identical in replicating that 70's foundational sound. Stunning, Spectacular, Wonderful!!!~~
I'm hard pressed to think of a vocalist whose voice has held up as strongly as Mr. Anderson's. Stellar performance with wonderful energy. Not trying to stir the pot here, but I think his former musical partner should take note. Thanks for the upload.
I went to see the "Real" Yes last night. Dont worry Jon your crown is safe. It was like watching your favourite football team with only 2 good players. I honestly felt like walking out when the Buggle tried to play some of the keyboard solo's, the bass player sounded ok but there's no need for him to walk about like Chris Squire used to. I Can't wait for Jon to bring this band over the water. Glad i went to see Rick Wakeman earlier in the year.
I caught this show when they came through CT. I saw Yes in Madison Square Garden in 1977. The musicianship of The Band Geeks is astounding. They are not imitating, they are the Real McCoy. Lightyears better than Steve’s various reincarnations, which is sad to say. Anderson IS Yes.
Howe should have to forfeit his rights to Yes for selling tickets to see a very poor representation. Steve Howe put beautiful music together with Jon and I love his guitar on all those great albums but I’m sorry, his current band is lifeless.
They're playing very well, and how great is it to have Jon singing so well at 79... but dropping the pitch a half step on all of these old tunes really changes the character the songs.
@@irical100 Not, it's not. They're playing it a half step lower, as they are also doing with Awaken and Yours Is No Disgrace. If you want, try matching the songs up with the recordings.
Love the song great job But Chris is so capable of doing the Rick part at about 13 minutes in. Why do they not show case that? When he played with the Band Geeks in their studio he did it full. The live harder version perfectly. Only thing for me that is hard to deal with
Is it just me, or does Jon sound better than ever? Amazing. Can't wait!!!!!
He did sound great, not bad for 79!

Jon is solid as ever, and he's finally found a band that can not only play the classics, but covey their spirit. Match made in Heaven.
He is like wine, getting better and better as time passes. And the band is superb! Long live Jon!!! This is what the real YES should sound like!
There is no more “real” Yes. Unless you consider aging, tired-sounding Steve Howe real Yes.
Jon Anderson looks great and sounds even better. His timeless songs fill my soul with joy ever since I was a young boy. Steve Howe too. ❤🎵😊

I'm so glad I got to be there. It was awesome!
80 years old wow sounds great….

HopeJon and the band come over to England next year.

You only saw Jon. The rest are The Band Geeks that he found on UA-cam.
Great Job on that Rickenbacker Bass! Monstrous Sound and playing capturing Squire's Huge presence and tone!
Like Yes in their early years, love it !

50 + years.
I attended.....it was Magic ....just like last year at Scottish Rite
Stellar performance from Jon & the Band Geeks!
Jon's voice is pristine. Wish I was there. Fantastic. ❤ Yes music.
Sensational! This has the vibe and High Vibration I remember. Can't wait to see them! Go JON Go!
My favorite YES tune.

Wow amazing
This is a musical miracle!
Bass and guitar are spot on! Drums and keys should be a little louder but they sound great too! Awesome band Jon! See you in August I cant wait.
YES is the answer and Jon Anderson is YES ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Absolutely!

Pure magic.
Kudos to Anderson but let's hear it for the band: they are note perfect!!!!
They sound much better than the official Yes
Come to Italy!!! You gusy sound super great!
WOW!! Fantastic!
Sounds great!
Sure does!!!!! I agree!!!
The band Geeks bring what the other version of Yes lacks. E-N-E-R-G-Y
Going August 10 in Denver and ultra psyched
Saw him last yr. The show was excellent. Will go again if he comes back to Long Island.
This is so magnificent 🎉🎉
I think I'd rather see this than the group calling itself Yes right now.
YES is Jon, solo, School of Rock, Band Geeks, Vangelis etc!
owesome!
Ooooo yes.
This is the real Yes. A logo doesn't make Yes, but Jon Anderson does
Far better than fake Yes.
This better than that other version out there. Mr. Howe please make it stop.
Howe should have to forfeit his rights to Yes for selling tickets to see a very poor representation. Steve Howe put beautiful music together with Jon and I love his guitar on all those great albums but I’m sorry, his current band is lifeless.
Please come to Europe 🙏

This is the original key of CTTE

Great great😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉❤❤
What has happened to singer Anne Marie Nacchio, does she feature in the show at all?
Love the song great job But Chris is so capable of doing the Rick part at about 13 minutes in. Why do they not show case that? When he played with the Band Geeks in their studio he did it full. The live harder version perfectly. Only thing for me that is hard to deal with
Wowwwwwwwww!!!!💪💪💪🫵😊
And for the record, I do not know who Armando Gallo is.
Is that the usual key?
Sounds like it to me!
yes, only the final coda is a half step lower
half step lower, actually.
Jon, did you know you could die your hair back to its original color?
That's the only thing that would make this better.
Skip the count off!
Tausend Mal besser als diese grausame Covers, die sich zu allem Übel auch nicht YES nennen darf.
It's just weird watching a bunch bald guys playing Yes better than Yes ( sorry to say)
Guitar Player stinking it up...😂
Entire band is a noise fest
what
Then you must dislike Steve Howe because it is exactly the same as the recording.
Thanks to the soundman. Made them sound awfully muddy.
