In generale, per come la vedo io, i Dips assistiti sono un movimento abbastanza sicuro. (se si è in grado di controllare bene il movimento e non si scende più del dovuto)

ottimo , facevo questi esercizi circa 40 anni fa , a quei tempi non c'erano palestre dove vivevi io , adesso preferisco i pesi , puoi controllare meglio i volumi dei carichi , comunque ottimo video, molto utile per chi volesse allenarsi in casa, complimenti e buone feste

Train weighted pull ups until you can do 180% of your bodyweight and One arm pull up with resistance bands
