    I started calisthenics because one day my biceps will be bigger than Larosa's. Seriously though, ring training beats weights for developing back and biceps. I post my workout plans on UA-cam now to convince people of this. Despite the gyms being closed, no one i know was interested in switching to calisthenics.

      @@mariuscojocaru5961 I meant gym weights barbells etc. I used to compete in powerlifting but my back looks better now compared to when I could deadlift 4 plates. I made a back workout on UA-cam if your interested, search my name.
