I was about to die from an overdose in my apartment in Miami all alone after so many different drugs…I went to grab my phone and I couldn’t even see what I pressed and out of no where UA-cam started and this song played. My heart was beating out of my chest and then the room turned white and I felt at peace. My heart slowed down and I survived. Jesus Christ is real people. He saved my life.

Love the setup! I run my JMOD 100 with a cab sim via the Captor X and love the tone. I’ve entertained the idea of trying to model the JMOD, would love to hear your thoughts on how well it replicates it! Thanks man!

I've had pretty good luck replacing the Ebow with the Quad Cortex Freeze function. I have the Freeze device assigned to the volume expression pedal, and set to turn On when the volume expression is at 100% and Off when it's at 95%. Works decent and then I don't have to switch from Ebow to pick.

why a 2000$ quad cortex where its strength are the captures but still use amps? The stomp does exactly the same?
How do you cut down on 60 cycle hum and buzz with single coils? I love my p90’s but sometimes in a dead silent stage the hum is too much and noise gates only somewhat help!

yes. the quad cortex can capture a specific tone from a pedal. but you need to set said pedal to what you like and then capture it. i own one! pretty much sold 90% of my pedals and kept a my bigsky as well.

Im so late to this post but what does the HX Stomp have that the QC doesn't that made you want to include both on the board? No shade at all I'm just curious since I'm building my own board using the QC as the brain of the whole thing
e grew up using line 6 products so a lot of the sounds he has used for years are all in the hx stomp!

If he were to a blind test video where you have to guess which one is an Amp which one is a Modeller.. Your answers would be wrong coz it would be hard to tell..

It would help to see the gear when he's talking about the gear. He's a good looking guy, no offense 😉, but in a video like this I'd still prefer seeing the board, the guitar in details, the amps he uses.... 🙂
