I am here worrying about getting a new macbook pro and Elevation producer is still using a white Macbook pro from way back......that video really opened my eyes. This is truly the definition of "if it's not broken, don't fix it". Thank you for this video.
Can you guys make a video that goes deeper into sound manipulation/creation? More on the production side of things and how to make that stuff translate to a live setup as far as assigning knobs and faders, and routing of effects.
Bro, imactually so confused with all this stuff. Like our church has a simple keys setup, we have the yamaha genos and it is connected to an amp and then connected to the mixer i believe. But wth is all of this stuff?? I dont understand many of the terminologies aswell . Does he use all this at once or different equipments for different days / music?
I literally clicked the moment I saw the notification lol. I’m surprised to see you use reason. I didn’t even know you could build patches in that or use it live. Great info!
Hardly can find anyone who still use the 07/08 old white Macbook as part of their sound rig as myself.I still use my white Macbook running Logic/Mainstage..a very strong and sturdy work horse it is than my 2018 Macbook that crashed on me few months ago.
What’s your method for latching a sound in reason? As far as I’ve been able to find, there’s no native way to do that intentionally, unlike omnisphere which has an actual “latch” toggle.
Can you please do something for the acoustic guitar, like how you guys avoid feed back and and you are able to have the acoustic guitar pretty loud to the point you can hear it in it’s proper time. For example Graves into gardens, how’d you avoid feedback and was able to make it heard throughout most of the song, without having to mute the strings because of feed back or the song My Testimony. An acoustic guitar vid would be a blessing really.
It sounds like that on the recording but it’s probably not how it sounded live. There are plenty of ways that they could accomplish that lack of feedback, but also everything you hear on a live album has been heavily edited in post-production and the levels for the individual instruments were probably not the same in the room.
@@mrdrummer1818 did you guys get a kaoss pad and figure it out? Tryna build a midi keys rig for our church and figured maybe someone had figured this all out lol
I'm kind of late to this, but is there any information about the patch Aaron played at 5:28? The patch isn't in any of his multitracks bundles. It sounds incredible and etheric!!
I am pretty new to using MiDi... Do you guys have a video on how to use Reason like how you use the midi keyboard automate on the faders and other stuff. Thanks
Thank you Aaron, that was really inspiring. Especially the right section of your Rig. Are there two musicians, one for the Pad and Synth Stuff and another for Piano?
So did you use the Mini KP for Here Again? Im talking about the part that comes out of the 2nd verse into the Chorus. Ive been trying to recreate that sound since the song came out!!!

True. I’m over here thinking I gotta have the newest spec’d out Mac till seeing this
Keep in mind he’s using reason which is like the most lenient in resource usage daw there is. It’s so good.
lol!...was just saying the same thing!
i recently got a 2015 macbook which i plan on keeping forever!
This man is a whole genius! I would love to see him do a RATTLE play-through!
The way Elevation Worship fills the midrange in the mix (studio and live) with synth/keys/stems is unparalleled. Nothing but love!
I wonder if they can talk about each instrumentalists' role during a live worship setting, from each of their own perspectives
Would love to see that video!
Seconded
That's why the have ear monitor.
Some say it would never be released....
They finally proved them wrong
Never have I ever clicked on a video so fast
Foreal dude

When you started rattle!!!! Oh my dayssassssssss goosebumps 🤩🤩🤩
Man I would love to see how he uses all this in practice.

He still has a white 2006 Macbook...oldie but goodie!!!

Amazing! I always wondered of the lead melodies were pre-recorded. I guess not.
I really believe some guys just excel at playing aux keys. This guy is one of them. Wow 🤩
Reasons is so reliable for me in my setup! glad to see it use at this level
Lord, bless these videos to plant seeds of revival that start in the heart and live in the home. In Jesus name
Outstanding gear! Blessings!

Next level for sure.
I had assumed that gated filter verb thing in Rattle was a guitar. Nice!
Amazing. Loved it. Now I'm ready for Echo tutorial. Please do it soon. Thanks
He hit those keys, I immediately want to sing and worship. xD
This si helpful thank you
Wow!! Really loving these behind the scenes videos!! Thanks Elevation Worship!!💗
This dude is a BEAST
Please tutorial for the Rattle opening pads
The speed in clicking on the video...

Post production maybe??? 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
Benjamin Kramers ??

Tyler J Wallace ohh okay, thanks, but I’d still love to see and acoustic vid, something small about it, like how they approach the acoustic guitar.
Yeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been waiting for months!
Definitely agree with a video on what each muso is up to during rehearsals... :D
5:14 reminds me of "Here Again", specifically the transition from the end of the second verse to the chorus.
Ive litteraly been trying to recreate that sound since the song came out... looks like I'm buying a mini kp lol
@@mrdrummer1818 did you guys get a kaoss pad and figure it out? Tryna build a midi keys rig for our church and figured maybe someone had figured this all out lol
Would love to have some keys tutorials up for the new worship songs
😱 amazing! that rattle patch...wow.
Could you guys do a video on your house sound system and structure, and then your livestream sound system?
Super cool!! Would love a video on production (sound lights cameras) alongside these instrumentalist videos!! thanks Elevation Worship!
Does anyone know where to get a case that he recommends at the end of the video?

Amazing video! Praise God! Be blessed!
Amazing❣️
It would actually be super helpful if you showed exactly what plugins you use and how you program your sounds.
wow!!! just wow!!!!
5:17 and this whole time I thought those were just guitars in Rattle 😳
Finallyy it's heree
Profile 610. Very underrated.
Finally!!! Thank you!!!
Sheesh bro.
Reason
I clicked so fast. Hahaha. I’m an Ableton guy. The best keyboard guys are reason. Ian Macintosh now Aaron!
I am pretty new to using MiDi... Do you guys have a video on how to use Reason like how you use the midi keyboard automate on the faders and other stuff. Thanks
Love this!
We'd LOVE a pack of Reason presets if you'd be down. It's all I use.
He has a few bundle of sounds already release on Multitracks
Thank you Aaron, that was really inspiring. Especially the right section of your Rig. Are there two musicians, one for the Pad and Synth Stuff and another for Piano?
Yeah there is. LJ Mitchell often does the piano side and MD.
Anyone know what 5:30 is? Patch sounds incredible
what is that preset at 5:30? so wonderful
Does anyone knows what are the names of the sounds he showed? Anyone knows how to synthesize them?
pls do vincent baynard drum gear rundown
Are the reason patches available to purchase?
Any ideas on how he is enabling a latch and then playing different things around the 4:55 mark?
FINALLY
5:43 sounds like the trumpet during the rapture.

I wish this was a bit of a deeper dive into this stuff.
okay, 5:17 HOW DO I DO THAT? i’ve been looking everywhere on how, but cant find anything. its called... filter gate timing according to aaron?
So much more of the RATTLE sound is generated by keys than I realized. Wow. Just assumed it was mostly the electric guitar.
how do you even begin to comprehend this.
patches soon pleaseeeee
Hi I like what you do but I'm a bassist, so can you guys go a gear Rundown for bass
They have one. Go on their UA-cam page.
@@jan-michaelrivera956 Thanks
Wao...... it's funny... i love your tools keys....
Are yall full time minstrels or no
That’s not a church, that’s a whole ass concert venue
I want to know something.....
Which ambient lead sound he used on that old laptop while showing the korg effects ?
Where did you get that case built?
Back in the 90s ppl used to do the same thing with only a keyboard and a sound module ..maybe a guitar pedal on the side😂
What's the big midi keyboard controller?
Akai Mpk88
Still waiting for him to sell his patches
He’s has 4 bundles for Mainstage for sale in Multitracks.

Uh, is that like a 2008 MacBook?
