    Found this helpful for stretching the glutes after a glute day. Also found using a wooden roller to really help release painful tension

    You have to talk to them about exiting this move safely. Otherwise they will pull their head up first and this could be awkward for the spine.

    Found this so i can work the fascia in my nalgas. Edit: nevermind. I heard and felt something pop in my back and I'm not sure if my back is going to be okay. Also, my diastasis recti didn't like it and my post-pregnancy apron made it difficult.
