40 min COMBINATION Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Build & Burn | LEGS , Upper Pull, Upper Push + ABS

- In this 40 min COMBINATION Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Build & Burn | LEGS , Upper Pull, Upper Push + ABS, we will have 6 bundles of 6x combination exercises in total, each bundle contains:
-2x Lower Body exercises
-2x Upper Body pull exercises
-2x Upper Body Push exercises
We will be performing each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 and 20 seconds rest between the exercises and a 25 seconds of rest after each bundle. All the way at the end of the workout we will have 5 abdominal exercises in a row.
Let's go!
These are the dumbbells that I am using:
2x 18KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:

Another great one Daniel!
For strict overhead press I grabbed 14kg . My left arm/shoulder was so weak and struggling compared to the right doing the presses. I failed at around 13 seconds on my left.
Later doing a complete different exercise holding 15kg, I just glanced over by those dumbbells and saw I had mistakenly grabbed 16kg the the left and 14kg the three right. That's why I was struggling lol
Notes:
15kg, 10kg, 8kg, 5kh
Goblet to lunges - 17.5kg
Sumo Dead/Sumo RDL - 17.5kg
Staggered Squat/cross lunges - 17.5kg
But for the😮 cross lungrs I see you are getting your knees to the ground, so next time I need to go back to 15kg and get lower.

I use a 35 lbs slamball but with can also use a bench/ step!
Great Exercise, but please include warm-ups before and after your workouts, it will take your videos to the next level.
There are plenty of warm ops and cool down available on UA-cam. I’m sure you will find something that works for you 🎉
