Future Proof - Part 1 of 2

- After seven months and seven hundred cans of red-bull, I can finally show you guys what happens when you put New Eden, the Unreal 3 Engine and large quantities of caffeine into a blender.
This was my first jump into the Unreal 3 Engine, as well as my first for a fair few programs. It all began as a University project to show the progression of cinematics within game engines.
My love for the EVE Universe and writing EVE fiction were the real inspiration for this Machinima. This meant that the film was not going to portray a world ruled by game mechanics, but rather an alternate reality of EVE that I use when I write fiction.
Huge thanks to Kyoko Sakoda for his utter genius and support during this project, as well as everyone who helped me with this, whether it was inspiration, motivation, or ensuring I was well fed during its development.

KaleRyoko a remastering might be a good call. Redo the music with BSG reimagined music and throw in some cut scenes with Adama during combat scenes against the Cylons. The video has that feel to it.

@LordDarkwater You use Google. There was Unreal 2 then XMP, nothing else. You're confusing it with Unreal Tournament 3. The name of the engine used for UT3, Gears 1 and Gears 2 is called "Unreal Engine 3". I know that for a fact and I've also been using it for over a year so consider that my double-checking.

I didnt know people can lack so much imagination.
Its a video about spaceships, so unless you pack up your spaceship with old couches and pony plushies it will sound like being in a bathroom. Besides - since the pilot is sitting in a liquid filled capsule, there might be some kind of speaker system broadcasting what the pilot would 'say', but actually cant due to being in a liquid, to the crew, which will again make it sound like being in a bathroom.

WHY THE FUCK WOULD THE CALDARI SEND BLACK OPS BATTLESHIPS ON A FRONTLINE OPERATION!?
A well fitted cruiser fleet could punch through them while a T1 battleship could sink them pretty quickly.
I would've sent in Marauders like the Golem for that op. They'd be able to tank and kill off the battleships and even the dreadnoughts if they primary it.

Voice talent was very mixed some really good some quite bad, imo this is the first thing you need to get right or it ruines all the work you put into effects.
