Hey Lee, I'm pretty new to qi gong. You're my go-to qi gong man. I have a feeling of trust for you. Major knee pain out of nowhere. I've been doing this practice for about 3.5 months. If you have anything to add to this, for instance, what practice(s) would help support healthy knees, I would greatly appreciate it. Ty for everything!💞🙌💫
Thank you Lee. I think my knee pain is a trapped nerve, only plays up sometimes on the inner side of the knee. I will definitely try this and thank you for your wonderful videos. You impart your qigong knowledge very well and know what you are talking about. Best wishes Jo xx
Definitely, Sir, knees are the first to give in with age, they need help and attention, Paul, 67.

DEAR LEE THANKU...IS THIS ALSO GOOD TO DO WHEN WE HAVE A CRAMP IN OUR FEET AND LOWER LEG?
Do you have something for the heal?
Hello Lee 😀 Two weeks ago I fell on the ice and sprained my knee. It's much better now and a lot less swollen. However, it's still swollen and I can't straighten the knee out completely or bend it probably. It's still a bit painful on the inside of the knee, and it feels very tight directly below and above the knee. Would it still be ok to do the Qi gong exercises you show in the video? Bending and slapping. Is twice a day ok? Thanks and hope you have a wonderful new year 🙏❤️
Hi from the Holden QiGong Support Team! Perhaps you can try consulting with your licensed medical practitioner first before attempting any exercises that require movement or contact with your affected area. Please also remember that Lee follows his saying of, "No Pain, No Pain." Feel free to adjust the exercises in a way that feels best for you 🙏
I had total knee replacement 4 months ago and I feel numbness from above the knee to calf and knee feels so tight hard to bend it. Can I try this exercises?
☀️🌸👍
Is this safe for knee replacement? I’m 6 weeks post op. Thank you
👍👏
Giving good awareness for health exercise, thanks
Did you read my mind?
Haha, maybe! ☺
My knee is so due to menopause ❤️😂
While the exercises are good, standard Qi gong warming up and massage, it'd be even better if you would not talk. Never heard anyone claiming the knee is a simple joint! It's definitely not. None of our joints is simple, and the knee is one of the most complex ones, even though its movement range is simple. The knee also takes an enormous stress load and many, if not most knee problems come from bad postures and alignments during exercises. "Don't worry if the hands are getting cold"....OMG, the knees sucking the qi out of the hands? Blood circulation and qi, while they can influence one another, are two different things. Qi gong is: breath, movement and intention. Miss any of these 3 aspects, and it's not Qi gong.
Well, consider the types of movement the ball and socket shoulder joint allows versus the hinge joint of the knee. Which joint allows a wider range of movement? That was what he's trying to show us. The knee only allows movement through 2 not 4 planes , like the shoulder or the hip. Simpler in this context is not a qualitative term, but a quantitive one. Get it?
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
You are so welcome!
