സർ, ഒരു ഹോം ലോൺ എടുക്കുന്നതിനെ പറ്റി ചില സംശയങ്ങൾ ചോദിച്ചു അറിയുവാൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. എന്നാല് ഫോൺ വിളിച്ചിട്ട് സറുമായി കണക്ട് ആവുന്നില്ല. നിലവിൽ ഞാൻ 2 വീലർ കയറുന്ന വഴിയിൽ ഒരു വീട് വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി ബാങ്കിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാല് 4 വീലർ കയറുന്ന വഴിയിൽ മാത്രമേ ലോൺ അനുവദിക്കൂ എന്നാണ് അവർ പറഞ്ഞത്. തുടർന്ന് ഞാൻ ഒരു പ്രൈവറ്റ് ഫിനാൻസ് ടീമുമായി സമീപിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർ ലോൺ ചെയ്തു തരാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല് ഇൻ്റെരസ്റ്റ് 10% നു മുകളിൽ വരും. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് ലോൺ എടുത്താൽ ഞാൻ സെക്യൂർഡ് ആണോ?? ഒരു വർഷത്തിനു ശേഷം ഈ ലോൺ വേറെ ബാങ്കിലേക്ക് ടെക്കോവർ ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കുമോ?? മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
