One particular thing that makes me question these statements about bischoff is that even after Eric supposedly steals Greg's ideas, grey says Eric said him the same question again, "how can we get this going..." Etc. And Greg still supposedly tells Eric these new huge plans, AGAIN, and Eric steals them, again. If he did it once or twice, why would Greg continue to help him? Doesn't make sense.

For those who don't know, Greg Gagne got fired by Bischoff, because he kept going to Bischoff's boss, Bill Shaw arranging meetings to try and get Bischoffs job. Bill Shaw told Bischoff about it. Greg Gagne got fired. Why didn't Cornette ask Gagne. So Bill Watts is at a show or TV taping in South Carolina but was fired earlier on in the day why is he still giving out contracts. Listen to Bischoff on his podcast 83 weeks. He explains the corporate side of Turner and what WCW was a part of. He didn't personally give out contracts or could change contracts that was Turners legal team. People like Greg Gagne believe their own bullshit and are old and stupid enough to think it's still the 80's and no-one can check any of this information. Also his idea of AWA vs NWA was done in the 80's called Pro Wrestling USA. All the territories joined up to try and take on WWF, it failed. If he thinks AWA in 1994 was any form of marketable brand, he needs his head testing.

So there was this 13 year old kid walking the streets of Akron Ohio in 1998 and his mom was trying to get him enrolled in trade school programs cause she felt that was his best option for a comfortable living. I ( Greg Gagne) told her, ms James, your son Lebron has a slightly above average amount of basketball talent and if you just keep him focused and keep him practicing, he will have a good chance of getting to the nba and being a solid role player and make a good living for him and the family.

Listening to Eric speak about this makes me think Greg has something. Eric only says Greg is a goof and says he brought Greg in. AWA closed down 91 and Eric wasn't Exec Producer until 93. It allows Greg to have some credit, but I still can't find the exact date/year Greg joined WCW haha. Doin research on your own shows truth both sides.

Listening to Eric speak about this makes me think Greg has something. Eric only says Greg is a goof and says he brought Greg in. AWA closed down 91 and Eric wasn't Exec Producer until 93. It allows Greg to have some credit, but I still can't find the exact date/year Greg joined WCW haha. Doin research on your own shows truth both sides.

There is no official date so what that tells me is that Greg was in WCW, but basically had a shake hands agreement until Bischoff made him sign/ he worked for Bill Watts. Eric may have taken his ideas and made them his own. Yes, Eric 100% made the NWO, but I think what Greg is trying to take credit for is that he came up with 2 promotions in one company battling it out. Also funny that NWO is one letter off of NWA haha

I know the narrative 30 years later is Vince was on the breadline and Eric was shitting on a golden toilet, it simply wasn't the case.
