WALKING 3 Miles a Day for a Month RESULTS!

- I challenged myself to walk 3 miles everyday for 30 days in my latest one month weight loss challenge. I gained muscle and lost 10 pounds in one month and I'm very happy with my results. I’m doing 3-5 miles a day, I was up too 327 lbs and finally started dieting and exercising I weigh myself on Fridays, last Friday I’d lost 17 lbs in 2 weeks

Omgee yes stomach fell off ! I’ve been doing 3k for a week . I can see my stomach s inchin in , my inner thighs are getting tighter . I had to stop the weight lifting because I was making myself physically sick . I’ve found my way to loose weight and will keep at it . A lot of us don’t need the gym we just need to walk , figure out what your body really needs not what we see everyone else doing

I tried lifting weights too but unfortunately I’ve had lower back problems since I was 19. So that makes it hard for me to do workouts. Walking has been my favorite thing to do now! ❤

Today I walked 3.49 miles and felt awesome I weighed 268lbs I’m 5’6 so I’m definitely going to keep at it my goal is to walk everyday on top of working overnight at a warehouse . Wish me luck

Cotton socks hold moisture and cause blisters.
Nylon (or polyester) socks reduce friction and don't hold moisture. Therefore they don't cause blisters.
Would u recommend nylon or polyester clothes as well?
@@arithealien5686 Yes. Certainly for walking and/or running any distance. Most running kits are already primarily synthetic materials. 100% cotton gets bogged down with moisture quite rapidly.

Great job! I started walking a mile or more a day, 38 days ago and worked my way up to 3 miles each morning about a week ago. Looking forward to seeing the difference it makes after 30 days of 3 miles.

I have a little over a month walking. I started with 2 miles now I’m doing over 3 miles everyday. I haven’t weigh myself. I’m scared to look at the scale. But I feel great

You inspired me since late March 2024. I always do 2 hours and 40mins each and every day. Eating a green apple and drinking tea at Noon then after 2pm steamed veggies and chicken with rice ,no bread .Then an avocado and tuna with onions and peppers at 5pm only eat from 12noon to 6:00pm

My opinion is listen to your body. If you feel like you need a rest day, take one, and start where you left off the next day. 😊

That's some great results I started my 3 mile a day 7 days a week walking and only lost 5lbs in 1st 6 days now I'm on my 9th day and still same weight 😔
I hate that part but I just tell myself it’s impossible to walk 3 miles a day and have no change. If the scale isn’t changing no worries I’m still changing.

I didn’t change anything I was eating, but I have been trying to stop eating when I’m full and not stuff myself.

I was in Kauai! 🙂 I didn’t change what I was eating, but have been working on not binge eating
You actually look great for losing 10 lb that looks like more than 10 lb, but that looks great
I started slowly by just walking everyday 1mile then 2mile by the second month without changing my high junk food died I replaced my sodas and juice for water only , my weight just melted off of me

Average walking speed for most people is 3 mph.
Probably 2 hours
