    Sir frankly speaking , If I donot pay bribe , Mereko Bike ka NOC verification nahi milega from POLICE , Passport nahi banega and many more . I thought till some point in my life ki I will fight against system etc but survival bhi possible nahi hai . They wont specifically ask for money and will say work will be done but trust me work will always be in progress untill bribed in full . You are a lawyer so you wont understand our trouble . We have gone to High court for quick resolution of a case , High court mein bhi 10 saal ho gaye . Ekdum fake case hai . Police keeps asking for money and lawyer keeps the case open so he can earn more .

    Based on my complaint, an FIR was registered against the accused on the direction of court. Now IO is not doing proper investigation. He has been bribed by the accused. FIR was registered 7 months ago. I filed status report in court several times. Very slow and incompetent investigation is going on.

    In one of the case I had filed, the accused people were repeatedly bribing cops. After two complaints to DCP and two writ petitions in high court and tranfer of FIRs thrice they eventually ran out of money to give to police and also got one IO arrested by CBI. After this they lost all rapport with the police and police went after them like anything. Long story short police ko bribe dena kacha kaam hota hai, doosre aadmi piche lage theek se toh bribe ka koi fayeda nhi hota, ulta kaam bigad jata kai bar.

    Two parties are there A and B. Sometime before A took money from B and gave cheque for the same. Cheque was returned and B instead of approaching court under NI act went to police and fir was taken under 420. Now police contacted A and said if you give full money to B and additionally sone money as bribe I can settle the case without going for a long trial. B only wants his/her money and that is a fact. What to do in such a matter sir?

    Sirji, what if the police is after you with a false case? Is there a way for the "accused" to get relief??
    Ref Nambi Narayanan vs Sibi Mathew (SC 2018). It took more than 3 decades of harrowing experience for the falsely accused to get some relief. Even then the the Police officers went scot free.

    • @mastershifu7
      @mastershifu7 3 роки тому +3

      The person must file section 2 (11) Indian penal code on the police officer who has falsely accused him , if he successfully wins then the police office will have to serve same amount of time which that person was charged with in the first place.

  • @debasishraychawdhuri

    Yes, but it can buy you some time when you can reinforce your case in some cases, also maybe you can get more time to file your anticipatory bail petition. Also, I think you can complain about the fact that the police took so long that you lost some of the evidence, maybe. I am not a lawyer and I am not saying you should bribe the police. I am just putting my thoughts here as a question.

      @REGjr 3 роки тому

      You’ll be happy to deliver the contemplated amount on evidence they’ve closed the case they’re investigating against you with a determination the complaint is an abuse of resources and they’ve taken and filed/entered your report (which you are ready to give right now or as soon as they’ll take it) naming the other party for harassment/stalking/defamatory statements/slander/libel and anything else of that nature with teeth under Indian law using the correct terminology. It’ll probably get dismissed but you’ve established a record which if there’s been no property or life loss or physical injury sustained a reasonable person should find satisfactory. You have to flip that shit on someone who would dare to extort you because they’re counting on you being easy to bully to suggest such a thing in the first place and I think that’s some indication whoever filed a complaint would be bullying you. If an aggrieved party has grounds to file a complaint there should be evidence...and a cop offering to destroy or conceal evidence is something different (and something where they’re actually taking a risk). So my assumption is that these mostly are instances where they are being as predatory as the type of person who uses them to harass other citizens (perceived as weak) in the first place

    Please make a video for people who feed stray dogs and get harassed by society members. Police are always reluctant to lodge a complaint and generally stand against the feeders. Dogs get thrown out of society and are poisoned and the society members even have the audacity to hurl abuses even in front of the policemen.
    Kindly make a video explaining how such situations can be tackled.

    Yaar, Amish what happens in false 498A and 406 cases. My parents(70+) and me are out on bail. I guess my bail is interim and the police wants to come to our flat for search and seizure based on complete baseless false list with forged Bill's put by my in laws and their lawyers and there is this bail condition of visiting P.S. twice a week!!
    I'm an M.B.A gold medallist and was the youngest VP of my company.I came back leaving my flourishing career a year ago,to protect my family. It feels like I'm a murderer and have committed some heinous crime - twice in a week P.S. visit just like a criminal !! Just for marriage lasting only 10 months and loving a wrong girl and her vicious parents...
    The police is under pressure from the lawyer of my in laws who lives in same jurisdiction and has some clout.
    This lawyer compromised my erstwhile lawyer and wanted to get me arrested by suppressing the case diary.Overnight I changed lawyer,moved court and got bail.
    Now, there is thana hazira ( where you know I can be harrassed for hours keeping me just sit- it's not like going,giving attendance and coming back) + this search and seizure ( where police can create a ruckus). Now, I know my case is very strong along with evidences but to sidestep these troubles should I budge? Police and lawyers are not judge and my in laws will walk into my father's property with regal air ,claim what they like and in case of dispute ,they will simply take away the disputed items ( our own items) and let it rot till the case is decided.
    We are a respectable family and the honor and respect of my parents are at stake here- especially when you are living in a complex.... Police is asking for bribe , my lawyer tells me at this moment dont get into altercation with police ( dont know his motive,may be some share he will get). I'm confused what to do to tackle this temporary circus in my life. My bail will become permanent next month and police report on my conduct will be important when presenting to CJM.
    Should I budge ?
    I can read btw lines ,so your response will be really appreciated....

    Before watching it my reflexive answer is no you should bribe the judge. Why fight fire with fire if we’re talking about a defensive strategy only I say fight fire with water. I’ll come back and edit this if I change my opinion after the video LOL. I like your channel. After watching my opinion has not changed but I would add I’m talking about a defensive strategy when you’re innocent and already brought to the point of considering a bribe. This type of being at one’s wits end might be after a lifetime of abuse or something I’m not talking about capricious taking of the exception. Actual authentic morality is not so rigid (but it is consistent door open or door closed) it fails to recognize that the rarity of exception in which a bribe is not immoral proves the rule that bribery is generally immoral. These are usually situations in which someone is using the legal system to smear and harass someone else. Rigid morality tends to go hand-in-hand with hypocrisy.
    Bribing law-enforcement probably invites more extortion whereas bribing the judiciary may still fail from a plaintiff’s perspective but won’t establish a pattern. For it to establish a pattern would be a strong indicator of the type of immorality by which most American politicians are controlled. The type of person who gets their job by winning a popularity contest (“election”) is the least trustworthy type to steward the interests of others and is not unlike a beauty queen who will say whatever gets them what they want as convincingly as they have to.
