No one gives better first hand experience of laws and justice delivery system of our country better than you Amish Sir. The practical reality and nuances of law that you deliver though this platform are a boon for everyone in the legal fraternity. My sincere salute to your hardwork and passion towards sharing knowledge and content creation.
I must say the kind of disappointment we as a lawyer had to go through, even knowing in and out of the situation; we make the decision which is more pragmatic.
You are a great person doing and spreading so much needful info and that too for free... Sometimes i wish people like you would tag up with some crazy ass vigilante to sort of clean up the streets....good old fashioned wild west way.... India needs that now...
Are we not competent enough to find a possible solution in the matter of Justice ? Why only one party suffers? Can't our system has remedy for compensation?
@@garrysingh3337 The other party also should suffer naturally and legally. How it is to be done legally is the big question. First we need to understand what is Justice and the principles related to Justice. How many understands this?, The solution is then simple. Also read: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kannagi which shows what is Justice. Justice in another word, is also a revenge!
Now I'm in dilemma of thinking whether I should bribe a cop if I get into some this sort of troubles as I have taken a pledge of not giving bribe in entire life but can't afford to go to a place every 6 months for testifying the statement 😂 although the video had great insights of knowledge with practical experiences and problems in law. 💯
Hugs to you Amish! That was a load off your chest.. The sigh of relief when you enter the video. Really appreciate your efforts. Thanks a lot! God bless!
Buy peace .. Well , I was born and bought up in Bangalore , and have faced such rogues, including my dentist neighbour ,with whom I have a compound wall dispute, he told me in kanada, " you people have left your villages and come here,"" . Both his sons are settled in USA
Kannadigas have a good amount of regional sentiment, but not more that Tamils or Marathis. From my experience. I'm from Kerala, living in Bangalore btw.
Great to learn. Thank you. Problem is such cases can't be settled even in laws and rules. This is everywhere in the world. Atleast we have to be present in the court for the matter to be solved. And that court can only be ( possibly ) the court of the area where the matter happened. Here is not option even to SC. Some scenarios can't be justified and settled. So bribing makes a good sense here.
Hi Amish It's not just North Indians, kannadigas dislike people even from other southern states like TN and Kerala. You will be surprised to know, probably already knows that similar is the case in Maharashtra as well. If you feel like referring yourself an Indian and be proud of still that's the fact of the matter. By the way will I be asking too much if I want to join you as as associate?
Bribe to save yourself even if it's false FIR. Save yourself there's no moral.high ground. The complainant files a false case, you also bribe your way out of it.
Makes me just want to say , such a shit system we have. I can literally understand the frustration you went through in this video makes it more frustrating because you are a lawyer and please don't be sorry , you did what you could under those circumstances. And I am by no means advocating for bribes.
Loved the Video Sir. Just one thing bothering me. When you say that for not wearing masks, etc i.e. violation of order then how ingredients of Section 188 are not satisfied. Please throw some light
All that being said, the legal procedure then isn't really all that pragmatic sometimes, considering the fact that you have to violate the legal procedure and then call it a practical decision, or is it ?
Kannadigas are more humble towards outsiders unlike north Indians who are more racist than south Indians. Judging a group of pupils by one incident is not fare.
Loved the way you conveyed the message without saying the words. Like a true lawyer!

Hard fact sir but what you have said is true ....
No one talks about changing the current process and technology and people are left with an advice that do what best fits for your interest!! OMG
You are amazing. Love from Indore.

Thanks for the video!
nice video and nice background too , may i know which place is it?
After the lockdown do you see the possibility of courts permitting the defendents to give their statements remotely via video conference?
Why couldn't they ask for in-camera disposition (VC) by seeking permission from judge?
This content is gold
Indian Saul Goodman
Perfect
isn't this problem of having to go to court in another state .....solved with the virtual trials taking place in this lockdown???
I think evidence can't be collected virtually. Imagining arresting someone virtually.😂

I wonder why they won't let it happen online, your client could've very well testified or whatever over a video call.

And you are judging North Indians based on what? Any stats/facts/figures that you have to back your statement?
