To cancel an anticipatory bail , police should hve strong reasons to demonstrate !!! If police register another Fake FIR , accused can approach sessions court for bail , simultaneously accused can approach High court for FIR squashing & request in his or her prayers to halt lower court proceedings.
FIR quashing is a dream. Most court immediately rejects that.

Photography or making videos is not allowed in public offices. You can see such a note inside the banks as well

what if i can provide with evidence that at the time of alleged act of preventing a public servant from duty, i was not there at the scene. The evidence could be a video clip self recorded by me at that time me being in different place or a photo taken at a particular time verifiable before court? just a question..
Please make a video for people who feed stray dogs and get harassed by society members. Police are always reluctant to lodge a complaint and generally stand against the feeders. Dogs get thrown out of society and are poisoned and the society members even have the audacity to hurl abuses even in front of the policemen.
Kindly make a video explaining how such situations can be tackled.

Such incredulous powers to police are justified in a police state. India IS a police state AND it will continue to be so in the foreseeable future.
Why so?
Because Indian democracy is a sham and India's 'freedom' in 1947 was a sham. Britishers handed over power to their chosen representatives functioning under their chosen system / framework. Even the constitution of India is a creation of Britishers. The constituent assembly; including Baba Saheb BR Ambedkar; were Britishers' puppets, most of them unknowingly, unwittingly & gullibly.
What is the remedy?
A third freedom struggle leading to scrapping of the present constitution and adoption of a new one in its place.
Can it be done by peaceful, democratic means?
No.
Why?
Theoretically speaking, even if the ruling dispensation at the centre has an astounding absolute majority of 100%, they cannot scrap the constitution.
Therefore, the process; by default; HAS TO BE bloody & messy.
