These 3 Ingredient Sugar Cookies are on the list of my top 3 favourite cookies ever. This recipe is so simple, with ingredients you probably have on hand. This cookie is chewy on the inside, but crispy on the edges. This cookie melts in your mouth and will quickly become your favourite Holiday cookie recipe. Bring these cookies to your next gathering, and you’ll be everyone’s favourite guest!

⅓ cup (70 g) granulated white sugar +2 tablespoons extra for dipping
1 cup (120 grams) all-purpose flour
1 stick (114 grams) unsalted softened butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract is optional

Ty! I just made this with my mom it smells so good
I failed with the cookies. It’s not because of the recipe, it’s just that I’m not experienced. The cookies that did turn out okay tasted fine. I might try this recipe again, but more carefully.

I failed to some of the cookies were very hard like a rock and the others were burnt, but only a few were soft and weren’t burnt. Otherwise I like this recipe.
Made these and took to work for potluck, and they were a hit. Didn't have any left bring home. 😊

I tried this recipe but tweaked it alittle because I didn’t have a few ingredients. I substituted margarine for butter and stevia for granulated sugar.
I also added a herbal 🌳 ingredient (wink wink). They came out great!!
