It's the head tilt to the side. Whenever someone you're talking to does that, means they have affection for you, empathise with you and really listen to what you're saying.
Daniela Hernández I also think it's healthy to work on being able to love like that. To "deserve" a certain love, sounds a bit demanding to me - maybe you didn't mean it that way....

That gaze takes practice - like working a muscle, an emotional one in this case. And yes it takes tremendous courage to be that naked.

This is why people should go to therapy. Alone, together. You don’t get to this level on your own. You get here with so much work. Therapy isn’t just for the mentally ill. Everyone needs to learn how to feel openly and with one another.
If anyone ever asks you, “what is love”? get them to watch this.

I agree 100%, the problem is that society has raised men, to feel that vulnerability equates to weakness . So many males with suppressed emotions and it's not their fault.

One thing I've learned durning all this "Skin Deep" Conversations is, that we need to raise our sons to be more vulnerable. Most of the men from the other videos loved their wife/ gf/ friend, but weren't able to show it.
This man here is incredible with showing his emotions and still been taken as a "strong man". The biggest fear of toxic masculinity is that they think they aren't "real men", that they have to be strong and unemotional and not that much talking. That's just toxic, for the relationship longterm and for the men themselves. I feel sorry for them.
I hope that the sons of the new generation are growing into beautifuhl empathic human beings.
100% but I do think it is changing thank goodness. For too long boys and men were taught not to show emotion and that is so wrong.

This is genuinely caring about hearing from a loved one, and having them genuinely care to hear from you.

It took years of healing but I'm so happy that I can love freely and comfortably. I'm so thankful for my boyfriends attentiveness and love, he has been a huge reason for my healing 💖 I hope everyone can feel comfortable and loved, everyone deserves it

I've lived in dysfunction my whole life and attracted abusive and toxic friends and partners before waking up to the fact. I just want to say that with all that knowledge I know what the opposite looks like, that is- a healthy, loving, give & receive relationship- and it looks like these two. God bless you both.

Wow. The two of them are simply wonderful. How they both communicate with each other. I admire that so much. Not only were they speaking to one another but their words, their feelings and even their behavior was completely considerate of the other person’s. This is such a beautiful couple. And I am so happy to have heard their story with one another.

as someone who can relate to that trauma, i feel for her and i'm so happy he seems like such a supportive, understanding partner. they really seem to be on the same wavelength in life. they both support each other in their careers and emotions and communicate extremely well. this kind of love is hard to find. i hope it lasts for them.

This was gutrenchingly honest and to the core. Two emotionally mature and stable people who don't mind being or sowing vulnerability. I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure it was to watch. She is so adorable and amazingly open with him considering what she went through.

This got me all emotional and i can say that being a victim of sexual assault myself is one of the most painful memories I will have too carry with me forever but I also know it's not the end of my life cause I have god that is fighting along side me as well...i can see the love and compassion he fells for her and the ways he look into her eyes, you can see the care and feel the warm of his love for her it's like he's falling in love with her all over again when he's staring into her eyes...this is one of the most powerful video I have ever seen of someone expressing the love and care for each other.💓.love you guys and wish you both god grace love and favor always💓

Ugh this makes my heart flutter.. was used to toxic/abusive "men" up until I got pregnant and left my child's father, finally. Now in a healthy, supportive, loving relationship very much like this one.. I too am a victim, I loved seeing this.💞😭 really makes me appreciate my current boyfriend for having so much patience with me during my panic attacks and episodes💖😫

Thank you so much for posting this. I've found that there is a hidden cost with regards to sexual trauma. Sexual molestation and Sexual assault creates a sense of powerlessness around your body, your sense of self, self esteem, power dynamics, manipulation, your understanding of boundaries, your identity and your sexuality. Navigating a discussion with someone that you are dating after this or (these incidents) occur is a very difficult prospect because your ability to trust and have in depth discussions around these topics sometimes falters. This requires a high EQ. This discussion is a great step towards finding healing, developing trust and improving communication between intimate partners.

I was previously sexually assaulted. I told my gf (I'm a lesbian), but then she said she didn't care nor wanted to deal with it then she broke up with me and it turns out she was cheating the whole time. I haven't told anyone else.

speaking with people who are accepting & kind about trauma helps alot. there are also support groups that are free♥️ usually google can show the meet up times & locations. not feeling alone as a survivor helps so much.
