I eat two eggs daily for breakfast i.e. 14 eggs per week not counting the ones going into other recipes. I have been doing that for at least a decade and my cholesterol tests turn out to be exceptionally good every year. But at the same time I am very careful with my carb intake (not on keto or something I just avoid them if I can) and exercise (moderately). Other people say they avoid eggs because they have cholesterol issues and I see them eating junk, breads etc on a daily basis.
That's what I was wondering. If you eat a lot of eggs, is the eggs that are beneficial or it's the junk food that you don't eat because you are full makes it healthier?
Mr. Universe Dave Johns ate 3 dozen per day and got big and ripped. In burn hospitals, they give burn victims large numbers of eggs daily and typically overall cholesterol goes down, not up.

Eggs, Eggs, Eggs, when will this debate end. There are 100's of bodybuilders who have eaten 6 to 36 eggs per day for long time periods and had NO ill side effects. Generations of people have eaten 3 or more eggs daily for life. The cholesterol in the egg yolks boost free testosterone and actually helps to balance cholesterol levels. The whites are loaded with protein and the fat in the yokes are where the nutrient value is.

soybeans/tofu can cause hormonal imbalances, that is a fact. That's why bodybuilders try to stay away from too much soy since it fucks up their levels. That and the link to certain cancers.
Some body builders back in the days when Arnold Schwarzenegger was Mr. Universe ate dozens of eggs a day and most of those eggs were even raw. And guess what? Most of those dudes are still alive and kickin'.

- mentally sharper, better digestion, and muscles are clearly gettin fueled - I’m 215 about 18 percent body fat
I have eaten about 3-5 eggs every day for the past 3 years or so, with a few minor exceptions. Before this time, my blood pressure was extremely high, as well as my cholesterol, as I am obese (lost about 30lbs so far). I got my blood work done, and despite my weight (6'0 280lbs), my blood pressure and my cholesterol are near perfect.
Though for all of us who eat eggs every day let me ask you this. Is it something you just crave every day? I feel like those who crave it could have a deficiency in some way. Any thoughts?
Please use some good audio device
My exact comments to them on their first video.
We had 10 videos pre-recorded and edited before we launched the channel, so all of them have the same audio.
We have now invested in a high-end device with much better audio. From August and onward all the videos will be recorded with much better audio quality :)
Go for QUALITY NOT QUANTITY. I'm a doc that's why I am not letting my LEVEL down using SLANG words like you> Take care my DEAR.

Dude you are getting a good piece of professional advice for free and you are complaining, piss off
I eat two eggs daily for breakfast i.e.
I eat up to 6-8 a day I feel healthy and I'm a beast at the gym.. Organic pasture eggs are the best😋
I used to eat 4 dozen eggs a while back but now that I’ve increased in size, I now eat 5 dozen eggs. Because of this, I’m now quite the barge.
I eat12 to15 every day!!😋🥚👍😊
Mr. Universe Dave Johns ate 3 dozen per day and got big and ripped. In burn hospitals, they give burn victims large numbers of eggs daily and typically overall cholesterol goes down, not up.
Exactly - eggs are a natural healing vitamin for the body
I eat 18 a day. Sometimes 24. Last 7 year's. Fuck worrying about cholesterol. I feel healthier and Am still 150-155 pounds which is what I weighed in high school. That was 10 years ago btw. I'm 30 now. How you might ask? Pasture raised eggs: Choline, CLA Omega 3 and innumerable healthy fat busting health promoting compounds. Choline makes the liver use fat for fuel. In fact it's so potent it can cure cirrhosis of the liver due to fatty liver by burning the fat on the liver itself which causes cirrhosis in the first place. Oh and you're welcome. I normally charge my clients 150 per minute for nutritional and fitness advice/consultations. I'm giving this shit for free. Enjoy.
Good shit man - thanks for the info
I’m at 6 eggs a day myself -might turn it up now
started eating 6 eggs a day for breakfast, ive been feeling much better. Cut out a lot of carbs though to.
Be careful, there is a study that possibly ties excessive egg yolk consumption with prostate cancer. Look into this, I ate 2-3 eggs a day for 1 year and (coincidentally?) was diagnosed with prostate cancer the next year. Moderation is the key.
I think I should test this out myself
Thank you for your sharing this Nice video Keep up the good work.To me I eat 2 eggs per day.sometimes one.
Guys make more videos like that.
no, it's not uncharted territory, there are plenty of bodybuilders who eat 30+ eggs a day. I myself eat 10+ a day since 2 years and I am in the best shape of my life.
i eat at least 10 per day and i'm perfectly healthy i'm a fitness guy so it a great source of protein and fat for me
Yea I think eggs are fine as long as people aren't eating a ton of processed sugar with them. Ive seen bodybuilders eat 2 cartons a day of whole eggs and they are healthy.
someone study me I'm finna double it to 6 large eggs hard boiled WITH the yolk EVERYDAY pray for me too

This video is 7 years old and i know that it's information is still true today but what i'm wondering is, are we still unsure as to whether eating more than 3 eggs per day is safe?
Personally i ted to believe that there are no risks to eating even 5 per day.
Some days i'll eat up to 6 eggs but most days i'll eat 2.
Then again there are also days where i eat none so yeah, if i ever do end up eating 6 in a day, i don't worry about it too much.

Breakfast 6 boiled, before workout shake (mix: 4 raw, 2 bananas and a cup of milk) and dinner more 6 boiled. Result = strength healthy muscle!
I eat 2 eggs per day.sometimes one
Me too .. I eat two raw eggs every day, along with one pound of raw beef and one stick of butter.
4 dozen, baby.
I gulp down four eggs a day with orange juice. I also run 5 miles, four days a week. I am prone to high cholesterol and haven't been checked in over two years. I feel great.... And, keeping my fingers crossed. :)

My daily food intake - 3 packs of natto, 500g of tomatoes, a whole can of pickled green olives, 2 packs of nuts, a pack of dried apples and coconut chips, a lemon, venti sized soy milk latte, and. . . 11 hard boiled eggs.
Thank you so much this is really really helpful and useful too
If your liver creates and regulates cholesterol, then how do we determine if we are consuming more cholesterol through the eggs than our livers can Handel? Could it be 4 eggs a days or 10?
Eggs are my fav food, no matter the way they are prepared
I am afraid to eat too many, sometimes I feel I can't stop eating them.
Big problems with food here.
Food addiction, very dangerous
I end up in the street some time ago, and I remained with this frustration about food
Now I have a better life, but still thinking about food non stop, like I was back than
I know this is not good for my body, but my brain is damaged
Nice video! Keep up the good work.
I eat 4 raw egg whites everyday, and I save the yokes to cook with, mushrooms and gren, red peppers, and carlic, for lunch, or for tea.
I EAT 6 EVERYDAY AND I HAVE FOR SOMETIME NOW HERE I AM 65 YEARS OLD 225 AND 6'4 TWO YOLKS THREE TIMES A DAY WITH LEMON LIME A VARIETY OF SPICES SEASONS GOOD QUALITY EVOO AND HONEY IN THE MORNING WITH GRIT'S OR OATMEAL ALL SIX WHITES LITTLY COOKED SO KEEP ON MOVING STRONG GOD BLESS YOU ALL AMEN JESUS
65 years old is pretty young and eating too much egg can makes you sleepy.
Very useful information. Thank you
Three is not enough for me i weigh 205 mostly muscle. I eat four sometimes six a day.
The bit about "high omega-3" in organic eggs termed out to be false, also people could not tell difference in taste blind-folded from regular much less expensive eggs.
Very useful,thank you.
well I eat 8-10 eggs per day is it ok?
Eggs, Eggs, Eggs, when will this debate end. There are 100's of bodybuilders who have eaten 6 to 36 eggs per day for long time periods and had NO ill side effects. Generations of people have eaten 3 or more eggs daily for life. The cholesterol in the egg yolks boost free testosterone and actually helps to balance cholesterol levels. The whites are loaded with protein and the fat in the yokes are where the nutrient value is.
I eat around 20 to 30 per week be they fried boiled or scrambled. It's awesome I've lost weight gained mass and muscle strength I sleep less all sorts of things eggs are damn good things
WHat about people who's in fitness, they usually eat LOTS of protein and 8 egg whites in the morning or something like that. Is it safe to just eat lots of egg white? And another thing I would like to ask is, I hate eating eggs!! Is it OK to not eat them at all??
According to dietdoctor.com, one can eat up to 36 eggs per day.
Wow, that's scary... Haha
I've had a dozen plovers' eggs for breakfast but 36 hen eggs - Wow!
Dexter Morgan My hero
Cheroldine 3 dozen eggs doesn't help you in getting large
So 3+6=9 Nice.
I used to eat more than 4 eggs per day for more than 6 months. No health problems because of it. Now I eat them less regularly due to price increases.
It's so funny, when everyone was freaking out about eggs I didn't believe all the hype about the cholesterol. I've eaten a lot of eggs my whole life, so this one day I was eating lunch and I was eating 3 bowled eggs this lady comes out of no where and freaks out and tells me if I eat like that my heart will burst LOL!! my LDL is always around 60 which is very low and usually I have about 2 a day but lately I haven't been having very many but tomorrow I'm going to start up again!!
thanks for the info
It seems like I'm the only one eating 2 eggs per day. Will increase to 3/day... I'm 5'7" 👍
What about organic tofu, tempeh, soybeans, miso?
soybeans/tofu can cause hormonal imbalances, that is a fact. That's why bodybuilders try to stay away from too much soy since it fucks up their levels. That and the link to certain cancers.
10/10 "So basically it.." quote
I eat 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I'm trying to bring down my blood sugar ! (Am type 2 diabetic)
thank you for share
Some body builders back in the days when Arnold Schwarzenegger was Mr. Universe ate dozens of eggs a day and most of those eggs were even raw. And guess what? Most of those dudes are still alive and kickin'.
I stopped eating sugar and sodas and margarine and less carbohydrates and my cholesterol went from 6.2 to 4.8
Get a better quality mic! It'll help you grow a lot
i don't eat whole eggs because they make me feel sluggish. They tend to slow down my digestion which is something I don't like.
sitting down to my 7th egg for the day... lol
Ate a dozen scramble eggly-wegglies for lunch today, YUM!!!!!!!!!
