Fox Proframe RS vs Proframe (Differences)

We take a brief look at the new Proframe RS from Fox Racing. Just a general overview to highlight the differences between the models if you are trying to decide on whether dropping the extra $100 is worth it. The answer is yes, this helmet really only shares a name. If you haven’t tried the Boa system on a full face then go to your local bike shop and put one on.

I broke my Proframe on my first ride, really cool looking helmet ideal for long photoshoots with your friends, nothing more.

IAll helmet should be replaced after a crash since fractures in the foam can’t always be seen. That said helmets with EPP & EPS (such as Proframe RS) arguably could take a light impact but it’s still recommended to replace it if it hits the ground or impacts an object. Glad you had it on and your ok!
