The bike looks insane, the ONE thing I’d recommend is a nice tail tidy, it makes such a HUGE difference
There seems to be a competition going on... how far away from the bike can you mount the rear number plate? 😆
😂😂
Just ordered one yesterday good review 👍
Thanks 👍
Just bought the same bike.
Same lol
is it worth i’m thinking of it
hey me too
I'm considering one of these for my first bike. Im 6ft2in, do you think one of these would suit? Are there other 125cc bikes that are better for taller riders?
I'm 186cm's tall and tried this yesterday (my younger brother's previous bike before getting a license for a bigger one). And it's fun for sure. It was the second time I rode a bike at all, so your experience might vary, but I love cars, unicycles and all sorts of mechanical wonders. I did realize pretty fast that it lacks on the torque department as I'm used to my Volvo C30 2.4d acceleration but hey, it's the best I can ride with my B license, so I'm buying it.
Is this bike good for the beginner?!
Perfect!
@@gmmotomedia Thank you, because I was hesitating between motorcycles like Suzuki Gsx,Honda and KTM
But ill go with KTM 125 duke 2024
The duke is a good bike try the Yamaha yxf125r as well before U pick a bike
I’m looking to get my first 125. Would you recommend the Duke 125 or Zontes GK or ZT125? Only bikes I actually look the like of, are in my price range and have great reviews! Also, second hand bikes don’t come up very often where I’m from! Thanks.
All good choices I don't think you can go wrong. Although the KTM is ultimately a better looking bike 👍
@@gmmotomedia decided on the GK125. Picking it up next week!
@@Tosty20Did you get it?
Fuel ecomomy? Mine eats 7-8 liters / 100km
Sounds like something isn't right there
@@gmmotomedia yep went on first service bike vas toast lasted 1000kmh ktm...
I need some advice. I just bought one brand new, I’m still running it in just recently done 250 miles and have my first service at 600 miles. What rpm range do I need to keep it below whilst running the engine in and is it supposed to red line hard as fuck above 6k rpm. Most of my roads to work are A-roads and dual carriageways and It won’t go past 50mph on 60mph roads.
I've been told that the red line is just a guide and now you are good to go nuts out 🤙
Ohhh okay then, thanks man🤜🏼
under 7500rpm says the manuel
Wtf it stays on 50mph and doesn’t go past that? Really? Im looking to get this bike too because I need it for work and I need to do many dual carriege ways and A roads. Definitely need it to be hitting close to 70mph
@@JustinLT212 yeah this was when I first had the bike, had to take it easy because it hadn’t been broken in and it did have a rev limiter on it. Which only limited me to 7500 revs but now, 2 months later I’ve had 72 out of it on a very long road with the wind with me. It will get to 65 without an issue but struggles after that. You can also feel the power loss when going up hill too quite bad but I presume you do with most 125s. Got 1500 miles on mine now and also use it for work, and I must say it’s quite a bit more nippy than most other 125s on the road, excluding 2 strokes.
Hi! im turning 16 soon and i wonder does duke 125 be good as first bike? or its better to get a supermoto type a thing?
It's the perfect first bike if you're looking for a proper full size and exciting bike to ride. I personally would get a supermoto if I was only gonna ride supermotos 👍
You guys can drive 125cc at 16?
Here in the Netherlands i have to be 18, at 16 we can only have 50cc
@@dutchthespitfire3204in🇫🇮 also 16
In India we don't get TFT display on 125 DUKE.
Makes sense tho... in India you get it for about half the price (compared to US/Europe).
yeah 1.5 lakh
INR.....
@@HELLASHEM1the pulsar n160 is cheaper with the same hp
I have a 2020 duke 125 its done 3000 mile's im not sure of its me im 48 15 stone, it'll only just pull 60 mph is this normal, it just won't pull at all after 60 mph and that's revving the nuts off it in 5 gear then put it 6th and it just slows down, its completely stock no mods at all.
Have the same bike and yes, the same problem. Me feel is, the bike drives a little little faster, when the engine temperature is high enough. In the papers of the bike is listed 113 kmh, i never reach this speed.
Try some She'll V power fuel
@@juandef4115 I'm using E10 fuel, I don't think it helps been 15 stone lol, but I'm think it's limited to 60 mph in 6th gear just won't go past this at all in 6th, it will in 5 th but it's revving the nuts off it, change to 6th and drops to 60mph and just won't pull anymore.
Nice 👌
Is that in Accrington?
Yes ✋
Was looking at buying one what sort of speeds are they capable of heard they are abit slow compared to other 125cc
More than capable in my experience 👍
Stock gearing is too long, so the bike rarely gets to the end of the gears, I swapped out front sprocket -1 tooth and she now hits 70mph.
One thing to note, the speedo on the Duke is actually laser accurate, whereas my MT-125 will display upto 5-6mph over!
@@Fagolorethe ktm speedo isn't accurate. The same with all motorcycles. They're suppose to be 5% less due to laws
@@JDMz if a laser speed sign says im at 29mph and I look at my speedo, it will be exactly 29mph also.
Had the old shape duke 125 and used to do around 84mph that was just with a akra can, and k&n filters nothing else. Good bikes!!
But people need to remember it's a economic commuting tool. Just happens to look the business!!
Get a 390 👍
Can u tell me what engine guards they are thanks
Might be worth watching our workshop video on this bike here: ua-cam.com/video/TAQg1BlWrrk/v-deo.html
India mein kab launch hoga K T M Duke 125 you 😘😘 Love

BESTT
I love small displacement bikes, much funner to ride than a liter bike. But god damn when are they gonna ditch that UGLY fucking headlight, it's the only reason keeping me from the KTM brand besides their new predatory subscription shit.
Have you seen the new duke 990 headlight? Careful what you wish for lol
