There is no need to discuss closed cases and meetings minutes. Not two cases are same. Setting the stage based on old cases should not work. This tells the judges, you must follow the previous judgment. When the construction processes let killers free then we need to change it. Why we have ammendment to constitution and processes? Hope Judges see to this. Don't follow the old processes.We are new generation. More educated and knows more. When old constitution proces let killers free then its our duty to make amendment or change or come up with new law.
