I Used PL adhesive for my vinyl stair. It worked well. The only tip is check your tack strip. Some pieces are more warped and have a bend. Those pieces would want to pop up, so I would have to make sure I used a straight piece. So have a few extra in case.

I believe you are talking about the tack strips / available at big box stairs usually / they have to face in towards the riser from the stair and when placed n the riser they have to be facing down towards the stair😀😀😀

Awesome video ! I just got LVP installed on my stairs. I have overhang ( stair nose ) on my stairs. Can you suggest how to deal with the stair nose issue ? Thanks

You can just go over it and install waterfall same as the video shows / if you wanting to follow underneath the nose, you may have a tough time

How would you do bullnose? I have about a half inch over hang and wanting to wrap it tight. Do have white risers so maybe I can nail into that to hold it?

Loved how thorough the demonstration is. I have a handyman who doesn’t work with carpet at all. I just wanted to se how it’s done so I’ll know when something isn’t being done correctly.
