I find it highly ironic that the thing that got me to buy the OSTs is y'all always putting them up on here for free. Thanks a lot Supergiant, it's really appreciated. EDIT: Oh god my subscription feed has been overrun.
You. Supergiant. You are amazing. You are incredible. You inspire me. You entertain me. I love your games. Please - just, just keep doing what you're doing. Keep improving, striving towards ever-increasing perfections. Bastion was a wonderful game. Somehow you topped that, in my eyes, with the masterpiece that is Transistor. And then you outdid yourselves again. And again? To me, you are like Many-Mane the Alpha-Chief. Whenever we think you have jumped the farthest... You jump farther yet again. You are an ideal. Just, keep being you. Keep making games. You're perfect at what you do.
We'll have to wait for the results of the next battle royale - www.pcgamer.com/theres-this-massive-metal-pit-beneath-a-trapdoor-in-our-office-floor-says-bastion-and-transistor-dev-of-its-creative-process/
Played this in the background for D&D on roll20 the other day. DM inadvertantly synced up with the sound track multiple times without even knowing I was listening to it. I don't know how, but the fact everybody decide this was D&D music makes replaying Pyre even funner then it was.
I think Will of the Scribes is one of my favorite songs on the whole Pyre ost and it sounds great here, because of course it does. But wow, it's really missing something without that sublime bassline. Mr. Darren Korb sir, I LOVE the way you layer sound together, I think Will of the Scribes especially is such a fantastic example of the contrast your music is capable of
Awwww yeeeeeeeaaaahhhhhhhh (Is this on steam yet??? Along with The Black Mandolin???) Edit: Also I'm not sure if this is a glitch but my subscription feed only showed 5 not all the music they uploaded. Is that supposed to happen?
we know that Darren can play bağlama (a Turkish instrument that sounds like a lute but fretles) maybe that guitar mandolin ukulele etc. Bc. I never saw him playing an actual lute
Thanks Supergiant, D&D is going to have a lot more style
We think alike.
*Made a character that plays a mandolin specifically to use songs from this OST*
We were playing d and d and I played this soundtrack
omg I was thinking the SAME thing.
Lol, I'm currently holding a campaign based on Pyre and its soundtrack. I've thought I'm special :D

Graysett yeah, godamm supergiant, now i have to buy another cd from them
The best kind of sub feed invasion!
It's not irony, it's quality
Ditto
If I may direct everyone's attention: 29:47
It STILL sounds awesome and I have no idea how anyone pulls that off.
THRASH PACK, HECK YEAH!!! I agree, that version is amazing....Darren Korb is INCREDIBLE!!!
You. Supergiant.

I COULDN'T HAVE SAID IT BETTER!!!
my jaw litterly is DROPPING; the first song already has me FLOORED!!!! This is MAGNIFICENT!!!!!!!
Path to glory is such a compelling harmonious and driving song. Magnificent.
Holy shit that song is amazing
Guys. One question. What`s next? You squished tears out of 30-years myself three times. You gave me entire nights of thought. What is the next step?
Whatever it is I'm sure we are all looking forward to it. But I can't wait longer than Q1 2019 :D

Agreed. These guys are amazing
I SO hope it's not far off!!!
I bought Transistor after listening to the soundtrack. Then I listened to the first track on Pyre's OST, and they instantly had my money.
Thank you, Supergiant, for my life
Fuckin' same, my guy.
HEY
Your first game had one soundtrack album, the second one had two and the third one has three. I think I see a pattern here.
Supergiant's Next Game: No game. It's just music. Fifteen hours of music.
As much as I like Supergiant games, I wouldn't even complain.

fve bucsk it will be 4 years for the next one

Rekt subscription box - second time.
Thanks for good music!
Woah what a wonderful surprise
Now I want guitar tabs for this soundtrack even more :)
You guys really made my life more meaningful... Thank you so much!
this AND your collection on steem is on sale for anyone that is missing anything for super cheep!!! thank you guys you are the best!!
Gotta say, I love supergiant. Dude's are just throwing their rad ass OST's out here.
Oh my gosh, how unexpected!! THANK YOU!!!!!
I just finished my first playthrough, great timing!
I have been waiting for this album :)
Holy shit, acoustic Path to Glory is fire.
Fantastic!
God I fucking love you guys at Supergiant
Never played this game, but this soundtrack is a gem.
I already have all your games on PS4, but now its time to buy em on the Switch!
Will you be adding this to the soundtrack available through Steam, o Supergiant? Because one way or another, this goes into my permanent playlist!
How does every game get better despite being radically different, I'm so confused
Magic
WAIT WHAT THE HELL
THIS WAS SO UNEXPECTED
i know right?! BUT I AM SO HAPPY ABOUT IT!
Oh yea, I was wandering if you'd post that
Holy shit Darren you're getting paid big time for this aren't you
Life is good.
INDEED!
Charming!
Tonight I was dreaming that I could sing strange voyage with a normal flute, and it was awesome! I felt lilke I was Tariq.
OH MY GOD YES
I’m inspired to learn how to play Greek string instruments now thanks to Darren Korb, but I wouldn’t know where to start.
Awwww yeeeeeeeaaaahhhhhhhh
(Is this on steam yet??? Along with The Black Mandolin???)
Edit: Also I'm not sure if this is a glitch but my subscription feed only showed 5 not all the music they uploaded. Is that supposed to happen?
Supergiant figured out a way for an OST to have New Game +
Don't know why people act so suprised about it, it was already avaible in game through your wagon. Still, lovely that it has been put here.
Well that's just why. Now we can listen to it out of game as well! :3
Any chance of you releasing the tabs/notes for these accustic versions? I could work them out by ear but that takes a lot of time.
Nothing planned at the moment, but thank you for the interest!
Hmm Danny Baranowsky, FamilyJules7x, and Darren Korb collab???
I want to know if this is really the sound of a lute? A lute sounds so much similar to guitar. But of course they are all so beautiful!
don't think there's any real lutes in here - just mandolin, autoharp, and guitar (maybe bouzouki)
we know that Darren can play bağlama (a Turkish instrument that sounds like a lute but fretles) maybe that guitar mandolin ukulele etc. Bc. I never saw him playing an actual lute
Downside Ballad reminds me a lot of Tristram theme from Diablo
You love the tristram theme from D2 ?
Yea... it really stick with you. I love it too. D3 tone is all over the place and forgettable
Alternative title for track 2: A Weekend in Tristram
The real question is: Is he playing guitar or a lute :D ?
Yes
Holy fuck my sub box got spammed
eight scribes sounds like the dwarf fortress theme
How many "voices" is this? Because I'm fairly certain that there are a lot of pieces in there that are tremendously difficult to do single-handed.
One. Darren Just can do that.
This is multiple instruments at once for every song!
7 poor souls missed the like button..
:)
So... Thrash Pack... Acustic... Thanks... I guess
You don't like that version? :(
