- Kettlebell 30 Minute AngWOD AMRAP Ladder Circuit
This workout can be done completely with a kettlebell - just follow Angela or with a dumbbell just follow Funk.
Perform each exercise one after the other for the prescribed reps without putting the weight for one side, then repeat for the other side. Continue for 30 minutes resting when needed
1. Single Kettlebell Deadlift Right - 5 reps
2. One Arm Clean Right - 4 reps
3. One Arm Thrusters Right - 3 reps
4. One Arm Snatches Right - 2 reps
5. One Arm Press Right - 1 rep
6. Single Kettlebell Deadlift Left - 5 reps
7. One Arm Clean Left- 4 reps
8. One Arm Thrusters Left - 3 reps
9. One Arm Snatches Left - 2 reps
10. One Arm Press Left - 1 rep

I was able to keep up with Mrs. I loved that I had to keep concentrating on keeping core and glutes tight. This is a great mind body connection workout.
