    Killer Total Body HIIT Workout
    Perform each exercise for 30 seconds for work followed by 30 seconds rest one after the other.
    After you complete the round rest for 1 minute and repeat for 3 full rounds.

    This was the best workout I have ever done in my life, all the things you said during the workout pushed me further and made me achieve everything right till the very end. The last excercie I was dying but pushing myself like never before, so for that you truly are a legend. This will help me massively to further achieve my goals in life!! Big up and mad respect.

    Greetings from Greece and this is another fantastic workout. Thanks a lot and you're doing an excellent job. Let me tell you, it's not only the workouts, but mainly your personality. Keep up the good work. As for this particular workout, i was a little worried i would struggle to finish it, though i train for years (football, gym, swimming, cycling) because of the 3 rounds, but thankfully the 30 sec breaks saved our lives :-) For all us over 40, this is a fantastic channel. Looking forward to do another workout of yours.

    Another great work out this dude is simply on point very rare to find workouts that give you both a cardio and strength work out at the same time i would also recommend mr funks brutal home workout completed that a few times there are many dudes putting all sorts of fitness stuff out there but if you want to have fun and be motivated then mr funk is your man.

    Brother... I didn’t wanna workout... so that means I needed to work out. Your HIIT workouts are amongst my favorite “Go To” killers. Thank you. Used a 35lb bell for the swings, and 20s for dumbbells(shoulder is banged up)... feeling great.

    43 year old mom of 2 one of which is a toddler and I killed this workout using 20lb dumbbells and a resistance band for the speed skaters. Thank you for the sweat session! I’m dying lol
