I think these types of products work for folks who are irregular and backed up. And even when it works, the loss in weight is simply clearing the back-up, not actual fat loss. Flushes are great to clean you out if you need it, which you probably didn't. But you can do the same with appropriately dosed Miralax. Much cheaper

I started keto and IF in Aug 2017. Over the course of about 4 months, I lost 70 pounds. Felt great and loved the feeling. 2020 found me gaining 30+ pounds back. I've been back on keto and IF solid for a month and I'm holding my weight. Not losing but not gaining either. It's frustrating since it melted off not that long ago. But it works and not pricy. We use a lot of #traditionalmedicineals teas. Other good ones are #Nutrarelease , which is made from juniper berries and dandelion plus parsley ALSO: #McCormick7Blossoms tea & #McCormickLindenflowerstea I steam the two together 💥 it’s an herbal blend to support the flow and balance of fluids I drink this a lot. Again not pricy

Thanks Steve for your endurance, little pills can have big side effects unfortunately. I learned from my Doctor some meds prescribed or over the counter can cause you to gain weight or stay stuck. Some of the culprits are: allergy medicine especially the nose sprays, sleep aids like unisom. So buyer beware!

It seems like chugging a bottle of Miralax chased by a few Colace (standard prep for a colonoscopy) would do a better job and in less than 24 hrs! A real quickie cleanse, gut de-gunking, and water weight evaporator, -all doctor approved! (But I wouldn’t go that extreme unless required!) I love the fact that plain old Keto lifestyle helps me be very “regular” and if I feel a little gastro-out-of-sorts, I remember to drink my ACV tonic! My gut feeling (pardon the pun) is that if you flush crap out of your system, it's not a lot like "really losing weight" because you're not burning fat. Beyond that, I'm already skeptical of this sort of thing. It took me some time to believe that keto was effective for weight loss beyond water loss (so sometimes things work out.) I'd be more concerned that any "positive" effect is due to lack of nutrition, and a body scan might result in bad news. My wife is big on Asian "dieter's tea," which basically prompts bowel evacuation, while on an extended fast (along with that dumb maple syrup concoction.) I think the biggest effect that had was dehydration. PS: Good on you for _refusing_ the paid review, or reasonable facsimile (had to adjust that so it made sense.)
Multiply all those urgent trips to the toilet by 2 or 3 per day, and it'd be a typical day for me with Crohn's disease. 😕 Nobody wants to experience that! You can accomplish the same thing for a lot less money. Just stir a tablespoon of food grade Epsom salts in a glass of warm water, chug it down and stay near a restroom.

Glad I could help! For a fraction of the cost, you can get some food grade Epsom salt. Dissolve a couple of teaspoons of that in some warm water, drink, and stay near a bathroom.
It seems like this product is to combat constipation not to really "lose weight" but possibly on a bigger or more unhealthy person I see how it could potentially make them lose weight. I've actually enjoyed this supplement. If I'm feeling backed up 3 days of taking it cleans you out for a while and makes the amount of pills in the bottle last a decently long time.
When I see this product pop up on my FB feed, I often read the comments, and I’ve struggled to find anyone saying it doesn’t work. The reviews are all suspiciously glowing! The truth is, if these products even delivered half of what they claimed to, their sale wouldn’t be restricted to online markets. This would be a major medical breakthrough, and the creators rewarded with great professional accolades. They would be household names. There is also no such thing as a ‘de-toxing’
I bought this recently and didn’t see any results for the first 2 day. I then posted a comment on their instagram page of my disappointment but soon noticed that inno sups had deleted my comment. So they are definitely very good at marketing. It sounds too good to be true

On Amazon they have reviews always set to most popular. If you change setting to most recent then you start to see the negative, true reviews. They make it sound that the stuff is as powerful as the prep for a colonoscopy.......total nonsense. Company is a scam.
I actually bought this, so now thinking I may not try it! I have lost 23lbs at Weight Watchers and still losing. And it sorted out my digestion because well I eat better and balanced. If you're looking to cleanse your colon, you can do it a lot cheaper with some epsom salts dissolved in warm water.
Best cleanse for me has been an extended fast. It is interesting to me to still be pooping after not eating for several days.

You can accomplish the same thing for a lot less money. Just stir a tablespoon of food grade Epsom salts in a glass of warm water, chug it down and stay near a restroom.

Glad I could help! For a fraction of the cost, you can get some food grade Epsom salt. Dissolve a couple of teaspoons of that in some warm water, drink, and stay near a bathroom.

It seems like this product is to combat constipation not to really "lose weight" but possibly on a bigger or more unhealthy person I see how it could potentially make them lose weight. I've actually enjoyed this supplement. If I'm feeling backed up 3 days of taking it cleans you out for a while and makes the amount of pills in the bottle last a decently long time.

When I see this product pop up on my FB feed, I often read the comments, and I’ve struggled to find anyone saying it doesn’t work. The reviews are all suspiciously glowing! The truth is, if these products even delivered half of what they claimed to, their sale wouldn’t be restricted to online markets. This would be a major medical breakthrough, and the creators rewarded with great professional accolades. They would be household names. There is also no such thing as a ‘de-toxing’
The reviews are nonsense. The stuff doesn't work.
I bought this recently and didn’t see any results for the first 2 day. I then posted a comment on their instagram page of my disappointment but soon noticed that inno sups had deleted my comment. So they are definitely very good at marketing. It sounds too good to be true
@f abqtx They manage comments on all social media so only their fake glowing comments show up. I also heard that if you ask for a refund you get the runaround. On Amazon they have reviews always set to most popular. If you change setting to most recent then you start to see the negative, true reviews. They make it sound that the stuff is as powerful as the prep for a colonoscopy.......total nonsense. Company is a scam.
It seems they know all each other in the comment section
Their brand name made me think they were related to Inno Foods, that already gave me enough reason to steer clear

I actually bought this, so now thinking I may not try it! I have lost 23lbs at Weight Watchers and still losing. And it sorted out my digestion because well I eat better and balanced. I find companies play on the idea that people do not want to put effort into weightloss so know they will try and buy the magic. Good review thanks

Sooooo. It's a laxative. Nothing else then. Yes if you are "backed up", you can loose a lot of weight. I am wondering how many repeat customers such a product has. Who thinks "Hmmm I should do this for another 30 days". I bet they flood the market with ads, when sales dip cause nobody buys this twice, they change the name and start all over. Steve, I dont know why but this video was strangely entertaining and informative.
It also (at least in my mind) refutes the argument from anti-keto people that we're all impacting our colons with a bunch of undigested meat.
I’m trying it. Not for weight loss. As I understand that weight loss is a longer term effect of longer term dietary and lifestyle changes but I think the goal for me is to “flush” my bowel. Which as you’ve evidenced it did do.
