I definitely found out it’s almost TOO effective for me! I can only take the stuff on Friday or Saturday nights, because it knocks me out pretty hard! I’m a busy mom, so during the week, I can’t manage to get more than about six hours of sleep; it definitely doesn’t work for those days, unless I would want to sleep too late for work 😬

Yes, but I was also on a 300 calorie deficit and I started drinking a gallon of water a day. It may have helped some. But my weight stayed constant when I purchased my next bottle. It certainly may have helped some, but mostly it was diet and exercise.

I’m not a doctor and have no medical training. But I wonder if you snore. If so, tell your doctor to sign you up for a sleep study. I snore pretty bad and that wakes me up at night.

Diet is the best way to change your weight. There is no such thing as a magic pill. But getting a full night sleep is part of a healthy diet. No more midnight snacks and the poop in the morning helps start your day.
@@gtrdk8205 Hopefully that will not be the case. I had a horrible time falling asleep anyways. I use Stress Balls with melatonin also. If I use nothing, I wont fall asleep until about 2am. That is how I was before I started taking sleep aids. It’s the same now if I take nothing.

But you lost 15 pounds in two months, i would say it definitely helped you in some shape or form with losing 15 pounds
