How much protein can i eat in one meal? Should I eat 100 grams of soybean chunks in one meal or eat 50 grams in one meal and then 50 in another meal? Please guide.

A 5'6'' - 70kg person with fat % of 25 won't need 140 gm of protein.

For my vegan friends, the best plant protein source according to digestibility score is potato with a score of 1.00 however it is impossible to complete your your protein intake from potato. So the next best alternative is soy isolate and pea isolate with scores of 0.98 and 0.89.

I am a tall guy, around 6 feet (178cm) in height, and my lean body mass is 60kg. So, the ideal protein intake for me should be around 96-132g of protein.
If you are a vegetarian, you can consider incorporating soya chunks (150g) into your diet, which alone provide 78g of protein. You can easily combine them with chapatis and other food items. Some people may express concerns about isoflavones in soya chunks leading to gynecomastia. However, if you follow the safe limit set by the FDA, which is 400mg of isoflavones, you would need to consume more than 600g of soya chunks to exceed this limit. An average serving of soya chunks (100g) contains only 40-60g of isoflavones.
