I got grade 2 fatty liver and high triglyceride (above 600) because of Anavar. I took it only 3 weeks with mild dose. Just 20mg per day for 3 weeks. Never stacked it with anything. My diet was proper, workout was as extreme as i could and i had no history of high cholestrol or liver issues in the past. Don't recommend it to anyone ever. especially not for beginners.

Update: After anavar, i tried just a plain testosterone enanthate cycle and the results are amazing with almost no side effects. I did blood test every month on this cycle and apart from my LDL and Triglyceride being a bit high, no other side effects. Testosterone skyrocketted during cycle as expected and after cycle it got reduced to very low level. I took clomid as prescribed my endocrinologist and after 3 months its back to normal. Prolactin and FSH also had some variation but its still in the manageable range. Estradiol levels are still yet to be normal. Sperm count is also normal and is better than my original level. So i would definitely recommend this cycle. Testosterone enanthate only cycle is the best. Thought of stacking it with dbol but then after understanding that its very heavy on the liver, i discarded the plan. I'm no bodybuilder, just want to look and fit better in Tshirts.

I am using it from over 5 years , I do my blood work on regular basis and never had any of these side effects , I have never been over 25mg a day. Problems hamesha overdose se hoti hai. FYI over dose of coffee can also kill a human .
