Hi Viny. What is the completed assembly weight and width at the mounts? I wanna buy the plans from you but need to make sure it will fit on my (smaller) tractor. Thanks a lot
@@Patrycjusz-qr2rd Go check the description on the website, I put a lot of details on what is the minimum to have to run the backhoe properly. But the approx weight is around 1100lbs
@@VinyB57 thanks for replying, I must have missed that somehow. Anyway, I might have to scale it down a bit. My tractor is 650 kg and I have to add a backhoe and front loader and still be in 1500 kg. We have funny regulations here and my driving licence allowes me to drive total max 3500 kg. My rig is 2000. Before you ask, heavier trucks are taxed by huge annual taxes and the licence is difficult and expensive to get, basically you learn to drive a semi on our narrow roads. Crazy!
I don't know what is more impressive, your builds or your video editing. Top notch on this one. I absolutely love that you were able to keep the shop sounds and limit the background music. I had forgotten how much work went into this project. So cool to see it all in one video
This is real aplied engineering, my most sincere congratulations. I found inspiration seing your work, I also have an old massey and no money for a 60K tractor. Lets make this workby ourselves
That’s it! Perfect! I’m gonna run out to my shop and whip up a backhoe too! LOL! DEFINITELY NOT DIY! But THIS guy is impressive! Oh to have a shop with all those tools and the stockpile of steel! Wow! This truly is an impressive build! But definitely not DIY unless you’re a frickin serious engineer with a full machine shop of your own. Very cool to watch tho. 👍🏻
On the "rams" You might want to split a length of pipe and fashion protective shields to cover those nice polished pistons. Scratches and gouges tend to make for a bad day.
@@VinyB57 woooow. Thanks for quick action.Drawings and laser DXF files. worth every penny. My work is one piece manufacturing Turning. my coworkers run the laser cutter. can cut up to 15mm SS2172 (SS=Swedish Steel Norm) some of part will be in Hardocox... Once again thanks. Much of this becomes "Plug and play"💪💪 will fit perfectly to my Traktor MF35 wooooow again with friendly greatnings 🇸🇪

Love your content, been a subscriber for awhile. You should build a 3 point hitch wood splitter. If you did I would likely buy those plans….
