You have to admit though the judge was spot on and both were idiots. He tied to push his agenda too and the judge also shut him down. Both of them were more interested in putting each other down than who the baby daddy was. I don't think that little boy needs him in his life either. He needs someone who can teach him sense instead of holding a vendetta. Hopefully the grandmother can teach him how to treat people with respect. She was sensible.

Doubt he'll get money back but the mother will probably get it changed to get death benefits and welfare without having to deal with the man. Honestly it would be in the best interest of all involved because you know that child is seeing that drama too.

But yes, if he can control himself around her, that would be great! Keep in mind she cried when she found out he wasn’t the father for a reason.

1st case: I don't appreciate the judge encouraging a man to take care of the seed of another man💯 Especially a seed his woman conceived while cheating on him.. that's crazy. And that lady wasn't even remorseful, she was disrespecting him the whole episode... she even said she wished the dead man was the dad. That's crazy!

However, dead man was, as his mother tested as grandmother, and they were related. At least the mother spoke up and admitted it when she saw how the baby looked as he got older. Don't forget neither were faithful. they were never committed. However, they both should have had sense enough to do a DNA test when the baby was born. Not right of him to be upset the baby not being his when for all he knows he has fathered a child with someone else at the same time. too many times on here I have seen men with more than one child that are a few months apart in age. One case the babies were a week apart and the father was so sure the one child was not his with the ex because he had moved on with the other baby mama. Both him and his new girlfriend were upset with that news and the judge had to remind the new girlfriend that that child was HER child's sibling and her child deserved to be able to grow up knowing his sibling.

The judge was so wrong for encouraging him to stay and be the father of this child when the mother is so disrespectful to him. My abuelita (grandmother) was most of her adult life, a DYFS (CPS) head administrator. My cousin and stepsister, our school was across the street from her job, after school we'd all go there and sometimes even meet & play with the other kids there for ..... different reasons.
The kids were always so surprised seeing us and seeing how happy we were, how clean we were, how my abuelita and our parents loved us. And they would always ask to come home with us. All of them saying they hated their parents and foster parents. There was one girl I remember that played with us and when it was time for her to go, she said to her mom "you don't deserve me. I deserve better!" That minute right there, my abuelita made a special report to have them keep coming back for check ups and knew that the "mother" was not as nice as she acted to be. It's easy to know what "patent" doesn't deserve their child! Just ASK THE CHILD. they will always tell you the truth.
Once you tell a man he is not the father you legitimately create doubt if there was none before.
And all this sleeping around is where the trouble begins!

In the second case, it took him to realize, only after the DNA test, that he and the baby had the EXACT same nose. I noticed the similarities halfway through their case.
