      Second case they woman is so far from truth - lied lied lied and hr husband just was swimming in her lies they put hate on the trail father together- she was playing a game oh he in I love with me - and he can not let go of me - that’s why he coming at us - lier lier so selfish evil female which make sure it’s all about her - the husband had it all - as she said so would go back to him every time after she left him - then she got pregnant lol
      She hide the child from Reail daddy and acted like her husband and their love got her pregnant- I’m not sure if other kids are him for sure either .. but the woman like this deserves all . This film stayed for years and in future will keep rolling.

    It's funny how the dad in the first case was almost completely ignored by the judge. He is an example of love, dedication and hard work, in spite of the cold, heartless attitude of the wife, and yet he went out like an unsung hero. Instead the judge went on a monologue for the mom's benefit. At least the children praised him genuinely and love him.

      A child still deserves to know who them came from. Whether the Mom likes it or not. She chose to lay with another man outside her marriage. And her children are the ones paying the price for her not knowing how to close her legs. The Mom didn’t have any right to keep the Dad’s identity from her. She lucked out on the second daughter being the husband’s daughter. But still the one that was actually his child she refused to give the man’s name. The husband should of realize then that his wife was a cheater. But he was the only real adult in the girls life. He took care of the children. He didn’t know the Mom was cheating. So I don’t see how you think that he just liked being used. He was married to the woman she cheated on him at least twice during their marriage. He didn’t have any clue that the kids were anyone else’s kids but his. He was a good man in my book. He worked and supported his cheater wife and paid for the children he thought he created.

    The 2nd couple, brought back a lot of memories for me. After my twin sons were born, not 5 months later, my ex decided she was going to leave and move in with a new person. Come to find out, she'd been cheating on me for almost 6 months before my sons were born. And the worst part, the new guy acted like the same pompous ace you see in the guy on the show. I fought for 5 long years for a divorce and custody of my sons. I lost the custody battle because in Chicago, they do not separate siblings, and since she already had 2 other children (that I raised for almost 6 years, before she got pregnant with my sons). So since they had 2 other siblings, I was fighting a losing battle. The exes new boyfriend was SURE, 100% positive that the boys were his, even though he was Mexican, and my ex and I are both White Irish. The boys came out, blonde hair and blue eyes, just like me. In court, when the DNA was read, you could see the anger and hatred from my ex and here new boyfriend. Fast forward 10 years, and both of my sons at the age of 14, petitioned the court, with my help, to CHANGE CUSTODY. Not 3 court dates later, they had left their mothers home and moved in with me. Even faster forward, both will be graduating Concordia University, this coming December, with their Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance. And they haven't talked to their mother in maybe 3 years.

      Yep she saw a man who allowed her to be a stay at home mom. And pay all her bills and give her time to go out and do whatever she feels like doing with whoever she feels like doing it with. She was complaining that he worked 12 hours a day and also worked another job on his days off from his first job. If he didn’t work 2 jobs she probably would of had to get a job just to pay bills too. He was a really good man who worked hard to support his family. And she didn’t appreciate it at all. I feel so bad for those young women. Even if the Mom hated the man who she cheated with. He still should of been told he had a daughter. And the daughter should of had the option to figure out for herself if he was a good guy or a bum. So sad that some dirt women treat men like nothing but a paycheck and can pass off kids for the man who she knows will support her and her kids. Thankfully the second daughter was his. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd cases are all examples of bullying of men of the highest order. The law, the courts and society as a whole simply don’t care based on the lack of actions, penalties, and compensation. When the results were read out, it is almost like we know now let’s move on and the women walks scotch free. Truly disgraceful with absolutely no deterrent for the women’s deceitful actions - why? While innocent men sometime end-up in prison. All three of these women stood there so cool as if butter wouldn't melt in their mouths while being insincere, unkind, and devious.

    • @Idontwant1
      @Idontwant1 Рік тому

      Being a liar and cheater isn’t against the law. Saying that you think a man is the Daddy isn’t against the law. Is it morally right to do. No. But it isn’t against the law. And as far as the man being thrown in prison. If he signs the birth certificate as the father. Then it’s his responsibility to pay child support. Even if it comes out later that he isn’t actually the Dad. And he has no recourse. No Judge will make a woman pay back child support. He signed the birth certificate even if he had doubts. So under the law he is taking responsibility for the child. Is it morally right not a chance. Is it legally right yes. Signing a birth certificate makes you legally responsible to support your child until the child turns 18. And in some cases if the child goes onto college the Dad is responsible until the child graduates college.
      Edit: Unless the Dad takes the Mom to court after a DNA test proves he isn’t the father and doesn’t want to be legally responsible. Will his Name be removed from the Birth Certificate and he won’t be responsible financially any longer for the child.

    • @anthonybunbury6879
      @anthonybunbury6879 Рік тому +5

      @@Idontwant1 I am not talking about making a genuine mistake and “thinking” incorrectly someone is the father. I am talking about wilful deceit making a man think he is the father when the mother knows very well, he is not the father.
      The law is not static it is constantly changing and hopefully improving to deal with the world we live in. I am saying the law needs to change to ensure mothers who deliberately behave in this manner are taken to task for their actions. The status quo is simply not good enough we need some form of deterrent for these life changing actions to fathers. Hence, we need laws that ensure there are consequences for mother’s who wilfully deceive their husband or partners, their children, and the blood fathers.
      What was particularly concerning in these cases were the reactions from these mothers when the truth was laid bare. In the last case the defendant said nothing would change, hence their plan was to deny the blood father access to his daughter. In the second case the mother was not concerned with the truth, her husband, her children, her siblings, or the blood father. Why because she thought it was her right to act in the manner and there was no law to say she was wrong. In the first case the mother knew very well there was at least one other possibility - “the DNA does not lie”.
      Now let’s move to putting innocent men in prison for an unsigned birth certificate. After arrest why not perform a paternity DNA test and release innocent men ASAP. Why? because the system got it wrong, that man is not the father. Let’s avoid ruining his life, him supporting his family, loss of his employment and his ability to pay his mortgage. We need to be smart!
      With respect to an innocent man who signs the birth certificate in "good faith" only to find out the mother lied. Again, after arrest why not perform a paternity DNA test and release the innocent man ASAP. Why? because the mother lied, and he is not the father.

They always make it seem like men are just walking away from their responsibilities. The part that is really crazy is how easy society is with these mothers... They're never truly held accountable... not even by their children... and the children that do try to hold the mother accountable... they usually get dismissed like the woman in the first case.

Oh not the woman who knowingly hid a man’s baby from him by saying it was her current boyfriend’s or a man who knew he possibly wasn’t the father but for the sake of his “family” willingly participates in keeping a baby away from her father and talks down to him because he wants to be in his daughters life. He showed his colors when the plaintiff said “Even her family says she looks like me” and he responds “They ain’t family.” That dude has abuser written all over him.
